【摘要】：正 上下級之間由于在一個組織系統(tǒng)中所扮演的角色不同,客觀上存在著某種“心理距離”。這種“心理距離”復雜而微妙。距離過遠,上下級之間會顯得冷漠、產生誤會,甚至對立;距離過近,上級領導又可能喪失權威和尊嚴,下級也有討好奉迎之嫌。因此,如何將這種距離調校適度是值得認真研究的。 一、“心理距離”產生的原因 導致上下級產生“心理距離”的原因是多方面的,諸如:
