【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的等級制組織似乎正在結束其歷史使命,,剛露端倪的現(xiàn)代社會變革已經(jīng)使等級制暴露出其若干不適應性。因此,需要建立新的管理組織模式適應組織運行的新方式。本文認為,新的組織模式應是以決策為中心的模式,即決策分權化、信息交互化的組織模式。本文分析了現(xiàn)有組織的設計邏輯,探討了建立以決策為中心的管理組織的必要性,提出了建立以決策為中心的組織即網(wǎng)絡制組織的基本原則和總體框架
[Abstract]:The traditional hierarchical organization seems to be ending its historical mission, and the emerging changes in modern society have exposed its inadaptability. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a new management organization model to adapt to the new way of organization operation. This paper holds that the new organizational model should be one centered on decision-making, that is, the decentralization of decision-making and the exchange of information. This paper analyzes the design logic of existing organizations, probes into the necessity of establishing a management organization with decision-making as its center, and puts forward the basic principles and general framework of establishing a decision centered organization, i.e., network organization.
