【摘要】：領導學研究長期缺乏有效整合領導、下屬和組織三者關系的理論框架,始終無法合理解釋"領導如何產生影響"這一基本問題。在社會結構化理論視角下,領導和下屬共同創(chuàng)造結構,結構引導行為從而使有效的組織實踐在不同的時間和空間傳遞,并最終形成可觀測的制度、戰(zhàn)略、文化、績效等組織形態(tài)。運用社會結構化詮釋領導行為發(fā)揮作用的機制,有可能使領導學研究獲得重要突破。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the study of leadership lacks the theoretical framework of effective integration of leadership and the relationship between subordinates and organizations, and has always been unable to reasonably explain the basic question of "how leadership has an impact". From the perspective of social structure theory, leaders and subordinates jointly create structure, structure leads behavior, so that effective organizational practice can be transmitted in different time and space, and finally form observable system, strategy, culture. Performance and other organizational forms. It is possible to make an important breakthrough in the study of leadership by using the mechanism of social structural interpretation of leadership behavior.
