[Abstract]:Turning internal friction into common advance-- talking about the leader's art of coordination between internal friction and common progress, is a common phenomenon. It is not difficult to eliminate internal friction. The proper conditions for pushing and transforming are suitable. It is also not easy to eliminate internal friction. It is not a trivial matter to eliminate internal friction. Every leading body and every leading member is only in this respect.
