【摘要】：對(duì)于備選方案集為有限集的群體決策,排序向量是決策成員(也稱專家)對(duì)備選方案的偏好順序及偏好強(qiáng)度的判斷,用歸一化非負(fù)向量表示.以決策群體中專家對(duì)方案的排序向量的算術(shù)平均值為群體的初始排序向量,基于專家排序向量與群體初始排序向量的歐氏距離,本文提出一種對(duì)專家賦權(quán)和集結(jié)群體排序向量的迭代方法,經(jīng)過算例及計(jì)算機(jī)模擬,迭代過程快速收斂;該方法體現(xiàn)了群體(或多數(shù))優(yōu)先的原則,并能有效降低個(gè)體偏見或缺失對(duì)群體決策的不利影響.
[Abstract]:For the alternative set in group decision making is a finite set, sort vector is decision members (also called experts) and order of preference strength on alternative judgment, represented by normalized nonnegative vectors. By expert decision group of the ranking vector of the arithmetic mean value for the initial ranking vector group, Euclidean expert ordering vector initial population ranking vector based on the distance, this paper proposes a iterative method of expert weighting and aggregation group ranking vector, through examples and computer simulation, the iterative process of fast convergence; this method reflects the group (or most) the principle of priority, and can effectively reduce the loss of individual bias or adverse effects on group decision making.
