【摘要】:本文的主旨是通過(guò)綜合運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、營(yíng)銷策略、戰(zhàn)略管理和利益相關(guān)者等領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)體系,通過(guò)對(duì)市場(chǎng)信息和數(shù)據(jù)的收集和分析,對(duì)公司采用了SWOT分析,定性和評(píng)估了博通中國(guó)的營(yíng)銷現(xiàn)狀,找出了博通中國(guó)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略存在的問(wèn)題,然后,利用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作理論,對(duì)博通中國(guó)的利益相關(guān)者分析,并尋找改善其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的方法和對(duì)策。本文首先介紹了相關(guān)背景,以及本文的研究思路和方法;并針對(duì)市場(chǎng)定位、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略以及利益相關(guān)者等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論做了回顧和描述;第三、四章,根據(jù)PEST理論,首先重點(diǎn)介紹博通中國(guó)、組織架構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品線和業(yè)務(wù)模式,并提出博通(中國(guó))移動(dòng)終端部門所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),為下面全面分析做準(zhǔn)備;然后對(duì)全球通訊市場(chǎng)、全球移動(dòng)終端市場(chǎng)和中國(guó)移動(dòng)終端市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了宏觀分析。第五章,根據(jù)利益相關(guān)者理論,對(duì)博通中國(guó)的主要客戶、合作伙伴、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)聯(lián)盟和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分別介紹。第六、七章總結(jié)了前面幾章的分析,并針對(duì)博通中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)工作在戰(zhàn)略、執(zhí)行和管理上需要注意的問(wèn)題,給出建議。最后對(duì)博通中國(guó)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略做總結(jié)和說(shuō)明。
