【摘要】：在新一輪科技革命和產(chǎn)業(yè)革命中,充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)要素組織和產(chǎn)業(yè)培育潛力對(duì)于搶占產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新高峰具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)要素組織與產(chǎn)業(yè)培育方式的理論框架,以主體要素為視角提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)要素組織的三種方式,以產(chǎn)業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)為切入點(diǎn)提出了針對(duì)不同環(huán)節(jié)的產(chǎn)業(yè)培育方式,并厘清了產(chǎn)業(yè)要素組織與產(chǎn)業(yè)培育的關(guān)系,據(jù)此形成可推廣應(yīng)用的理論框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以中關(guān)村核心區(qū)云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)要素組織與產(chǎn)業(yè)培育理論提出了核心區(qū)云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)未來要素組織的工作重點(diǎn)與針對(duì)各產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的培育建議。
[Abstract]:In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, it is of great practical significance to give full play to the organization of industrial elements and the potential of industrial cultivation in order to seize the innovation peak of industry. Firstly, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of industrial element organization and industrial cultivation mode, puts forward three ways of industrial element organization from the angle of view of main elements, and puts forward the industrial cultivation mode aiming at different links by taking each link of industry as the starting point. The relationship between industrial factor organization and industry cultivation is clarified, and the theoretical framework of popularization and application is formed. On this basis, taking the cloud computing industry in Zhongguancun core area as an example, using the theory of industry element organization and industry cultivation, this paper puts forward the work focus of cloud computing industry in core area in the future and puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of each industry link.
