【摘要】：隨著高校招生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和學(xué)分制的實施,高校在校學(xué)生的數(shù)量越來越多。學(xué)生宿舍集大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活、交往等多種功能于一體,具有住宿密度高、群體數(shù)量大、管理工作雜等特點。學(xué)生宿舍管理的計算機一體化趨勢已成為各高校減少重復(fù)勞動、提升管理精度、提高管理效率的現(xiàn)實要求。學(xué)生宿舍管理系統(tǒng)屬于典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)，，本課題使用C#作為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)的前臺程序語言，SQLserver2000作為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)的后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫語言，能動態(tài)實現(xiàn)學(xué)生宿舍管理中的添加信息、修改信息、刪除信息、查詢信息等必不可少的功能。該系統(tǒng)采用了C/S模式方便系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和管理，其中，前臺具有用戶注冊、用戶登錄、宿舍查詢、留言操作、用戶注銷等功能。后臺具有宿舍管理、班級管理、留言管理和用戶管理等重要功能，實現(xiàn)了真正高效處理數(shù)據(jù)的要求和克服了各大高校面對學(xué)生增長所帶來的宿舍管理方面的困難。該學(xué)生宿舍管理信息系統(tǒng)界面友好、運行方便、操作簡單、數(shù)據(jù)處理效率高；具有高度的可擴(kuò)展性、安全性、易移植性和易維護(hù)性。通過該系統(tǒng)，學(xué)�？梢约皶r動態(tài)地了解到每個學(xué)生的住宿情況，極大地提高學(xué)生宿舍的管理效率。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of enrollment scale and the implementation of credit system, the number of college students is increasing. The dormitory has many functions, such as study, life, communication, etc. It has the characteristics of high density of accommodation, large number of groups and miscellaneous management. The trend of computer integration in student dormitory management has become a practical requirement for colleges and universities to reduce duplication of work, improve management accuracy and improve management efficiency. The student dormitory management system belongs to the typical information management system. In this paper, C # is used as the foreground program language for the system design and development, and SQLserver2000 is used as the background database language for the system design and development. It can dynamically realize the necessary functions of adding information, modifying information, deleting information and querying information in student dormitory management. The system adopts C / S mode to facilitate the maintenance and management of the system. Among them, the front desk has the functions of user registration, user login, dormitory query, message operation, user cancellation and so on. The background has important functions such as dormitory management, class management, message management and user management. It realizes the requirement of dealing with data efficiently and overcomes the difficulties in dormitory management brought about by the growth of students in colleges and universities. The management information system of student dormitory has friendly interface, convenient operation, simple operation, high efficiency of data processing, high expansibility, security, portability and maintainability. Through this system, the school can find out the living conditions of every student in time and improve the efficiency of dormitory management.
