ZZ聯(lián)通農(nóng)村市場營銷策略探析

【摘要】:2008年的電信企業(yè)重組,使三家電信運(yùn)營企業(yè)都成為了全業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營商,這也預(yù)示著電信行業(yè)的競爭會(huì)愈加激烈。中國聯(lián)通在部分城市已經(jīng)基本具備同中國移動(dòng)競爭的能力,但是在廣大的農(nóng)村地區(qū),由于中國聯(lián)通口碑問題、信號(hào)問題和起步晚的原因,農(nóng)村市場幾乎被中國移動(dòng)一家占有,ZZ聯(lián)通面臨的狀況也是如此。本文試圖運(yùn)用營銷管理學(xué)、戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)、營銷策劃等知識(shí),從農(nóng)村通信市場競爭環(huán)境分析入手,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、PEST分析法和組合分析法等多種手段,分析競爭環(huán)境,確定核心競爭能力和競爭關(guān)鍵因素,針對(duì)農(nóng)村通信市場的特點(diǎn),提出zZ聯(lián)通農(nóng)村市場營銷策略方案。
[Abstract]:The restructuring of telecom enterprises in 2008 has made all three telecom operators become full-service operators, which also indicates that the competition in the telecommunications industry will become more intense. China Unicom already has the ability to compete with China Mobile in some cities. However, in the vast rural areas, due to the word-of-mouth problem, signal problems and late start of China Unicom, Rural markets are almost owned by China Mobile, ZZ Unicom faces the same situation. This paper attempts to use the knowledge of marketing management, strategic management, marketing planning and so on, starting with the analysis of the competitive environment in the rural communication market, using various means, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and combination analysis, to analyze the competitive environment. According to the characteristics of rural communication market, zZ Unicom's rural marketing strategy is put forward.
