【摘要】:近年來,通信行業(yè)處于巨大變革中,中國電信業(yè)轉型戰(zhàn)略正在全面實施。新一輪網(wǎng)絡建設的展開,,給郵電工程行業(yè)帶來了巨大的機會。作為郵電工程行業(yè)一員的南京郵電工程公司正面臨的新的發(fā)展機遇。但是,隨著中國電信業(yè)的轉型,郵電工程企業(yè)與電信運營商的關系發(fā)生了巨大的變化,面對新的市場形勢,南京郵電工程公司只有對所處內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素進行客觀分析,制定合適的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能得以良性發(fā)展。 本文在對現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略管理理論進行梳理、消化、研究的基礎上,提煉出南京郵電工程公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的思路。并借助文獻查閱、訪談等方法,應用PEST(政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術)分析、五力模型、價值鏈、SWOT(優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅)分析等工具,結合公司的實際情況,對南京郵電工程公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中涉及到的各種因素進行梳理,制定了“成為以市場為中心,以客戶為主線,優(yōu)化業(yè)務結構,積極開拓優(yōu)質業(yè)務;使公司成為組織合理、管理完善、關注員工與企業(yè)的共同發(fā)展,使廣大員工共享企業(yè)成長的成果和利益,共同成長的,南京地區(qū)一流,省內(nèi)著名,華東地區(qū)具有一定影響力,能夠輻射全國重點地區(qū)的通信施工企業(yè)。”的南京郵電工程公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的三個階段和每個階段的戰(zhàn)略目標。并在此基礎之上,制定了公司企業(yè)文化、品牌、營銷、質量、人力資源五方面的職能戰(zhàn)略及其實施要點,以保障南京郵電工程公司的戰(zhàn)略實施與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the telecommunications industry is in a great change, China's telecommunications industry transformation strategy is being fully implemented. A new round of network construction, to the post and telecommunications industry has brought great opportunities. As a member of the post and telecommunications industry, Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company is facing new development opportunities. However, with the transformation of China's telecommunications industry, the relationship between post and telecommunications engineering enterprises and telecom operators has undergone tremendous changes. In the face of the new market situation, Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company can only objectively analyze the internal and external environmental factors. Make appropriate development strategy, can be benign development. On the basis of combing, digesting and studying the existing theories of strategic management at home and abroad, this paper abstracts the train of thought of the development strategy research of Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company. With the help of literature review, interview, pest (political, economic, social, technical) analysis, five-force model, value chain SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis tools, combined with the actual situation of the company, This paper combs all kinds of factors involved in the strategic planning of Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company, and formulates "to be market-oriented, to take the customer as the main line, to optimize the business structure, to actively open up high-quality business, to make the company become a reasonable organization," Perfect management, pay attention to the common development of employees and enterprises, make the majority of employees share the fruits and benefits of enterprise growth, grow together, Nanjing is the first class, the province is famous, East China has certain influence. To be able to radiate communications construction enterprises in key areas of the country. " Nanjing Post and Telecommunications Engineering Company's overall development strategy and three stages of development strategy and strategic objectives of each stage.
