【摘要】：項目管理的一個重要階段就是前期管理,而在這個關(guān)鍵階段中,項目可行性研究又是其中一個最主要的內(nèi)容�？尚行匝芯烤褪鞘窃陧椖恐�,通過對與項目相關(guān)的資金、技術(shù)、人力、社會關(guān)系等進行分析、論證,來選擇一套切實可行的方案或確定項目是否可行的一項工作。 本文以可行性研究理論為依據(jù),將中國聯(lián)合通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司河南分公司NBOSS項目做為研究對象,從技術(shù)可行性、管理可行性、財務(wù)可行性和風(fēng)險對策四個方面對項目進行深入的研究；通過對NBOSS項目實際情況,評估出設(shè)備購買清單,針對河南聯(lián)通的實際情況制定其技術(shù)方案,證明該項目在技術(shù)上可行；通過比對其他省份的情況,對項目大概投資進行估算、結(jié)合河南聯(lián)通自身情況制定資金籌措方式、然后再通過對河南聯(lián)通收入和現(xiàn)金流等財務(wù)指標(biāo)計算出大概的投資回收時間,證明該項目在財務(wù)上是可行的；在風(fēng)險部分,通過整體、部分、細(xì)節(jié)幾個角度來探討NBOSS項目的風(fēng)險因素,并按照風(fēng)險的不同程度列出表格,同時還在文中列出了應(yīng)對措施。通過以上多個方面,表明河南聯(lián)通NBOSS項目是一個技術(shù)成熟可靠、管理制度完善、投資有效保證、風(fēng)險程度可承受的項目,通過實施NBOSS項目,對河南聯(lián)通公司完成集團公司制定的2012年-2014年營銷指標(biāo)、提高現(xiàn)有客戶(尤其是高端客戶)粘度、增強省市縣三級運行效率提供了強有力的支撐,同時保證了河南聯(lián)通公司到2020年業(yè)務(wù)的順利發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:An important stage of project management is the early management, and in this critical stage, the feasibility study of the project is one of the most important contents. The feasibility study is to choose a set of practical plans at the beginning of the project through the analysis and demonstration of the funds, technology, manpower and social relations related to the project. Or determine whether a project is feasible or not.
Based on the feasibility study theory, this paper takes the NBOSS project of Henan branch of China joint communications network Co., Ltd. as the research object, and studies the project from four aspects: technical feasibility, management feasibility, financial feasibility and risk countermeasures. Through the actual situation of NBOSS project, the purchase list of equipment is evaluated. According to the actual situation of Henan Unicom, it is proved that the project is technically feasible, by comparing the situation in other provinces, estimating the approximate investment of the project, combining the Henan Unicom's own situation to formulate the fund raising way, and then calculating the approximate investment by the financial indicators such as the income of Henan Unicom and the cash flow. The recovery time proves that the project is financially feasible; in the risk part, the risk factors of the NBOSS project are discussed through the whole, part, and detail angles, and the forms are listed in accordance with the different degrees of risk. At the same time, the countermeasures are listed in the article. Through the above aspects, it is shown that the Henan Unicom NBOSS project is a technology. Mature and reliable management system, effective investment guarantee, risk degree can bear the project, through the implementation of the NBOSS project, the Henan Unicom completed the 2012 -2014 marketing targets set by the group company, to improve the existing customers (especially high-end customers) viscosity, and enhance the three level operation efficiency of provinces and cities and counties to provide a strong support. It ensured the smooth development of Henan Unicom's business in 2020.
