新技術(shù)革命與電信服務價格的變化關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:在我國電信服務行業(yè),三大手機通信運營商幾乎壟斷了全部移動通信服務業(yè)務,消費者往往不得不承受超額的服務收費。隨著新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生與進步,這一壟斷局面有望被徹底打破,替代品威脅的出現(xiàn)和消費者議價能力的提高,將使消費者再一次享受到科技進步帶來的社會福利,通信運營商目前的"黃金時代"將一去不復返。在此背景下,通信運營商應盡快改革電信服務價格形成機制,順應時代發(fā)展要求,不斷提高自身研發(fā)能力,增加對前瞻性技術(shù)的投資,以占領新的行業(yè)制高點,維持自身的競爭優(yōu)勢,防止被淘汰出局。
[Abstract]:In China's telecom service industry, the three major mobile phone communication operators almost monopolize all mobile communication services, and consumers often have to bear excess service charges. With the emergence and progress of new technology, this monopoly is expected to be completely broken. The emergence of the threat of alternatives and the improvement of consumers' bargaining power will enable consumers to enjoy once again the social benefits brought by technological progress. The current "golden age" of telecom operators will never return. In this context, telecom operators should reform the pricing mechanism of telecommunication services as soon as possible, comply with the requirements of the times, constantly improve their R & D capabilities, increase investment in forward-looking technologies, and occupy the commanding heights of the new industry. Maintain one's own competitive advantage and prevent being eliminated.
