【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理是管理學(xué)范疇的一個(gè)比較新的領(lǐng)域,是為了合理的計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)并控制一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成功完成。質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理的核心理論之一。項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證貫穿了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理的全過程,只有對(duì)這種方法真正實(shí)行才能夠有效的控制項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量。項(xiàng)目中的所有活動(dòng)和資源都必須接受計(jì)劃和控制,只有這樣才能保證達(dá)到節(jié)約成本、提高效率、保證質(zhì)量的目的。 本論文以項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí)系統(tǒng)和多年從事集團(tuán)客戶工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)河北移動(dòng)公司集團(tuán)客戶忠誠度提升項(xiàng)目的分析,制定相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃與要求,按照要求完成各個(gè)階段的活動(dòng),控制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度按計(jì)劃開展,從而保證項(xiàng)目按期完成,最終使得項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量得到保障,為以后類似項(xiàng)目的開展提供參考建議。
[Abstract]:Project management is a relatively new field in the field of management, which aims at rational planning, coordination and control of the successful completion of a project. Quality management is one of the core theories of project management. Project quality planning, project quality control and project quality assurance run through the whole process of project management. Only by implementing this method can the quality of the project be effectively controlled. All activities and resources in the project must be planned and controlled to ensure cost savings, efficiency and quality. Under the guidance of the theory of project quality management, combined with the knowledge system of project management and many years' experience in group customer work, this paper analyzes the project of improving customer loyalty of Hebei Mobile Corporation Group. Make the corresponding quality management plan and requirements, complete the activities of each stage according to the requirements, control the progress of the project to carry out according to the plan, so as to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, and finally ensure the quality of the project. For the future development of similar projects to provide reference advice.
