【摘要】：音泰思計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)(成都)有限公司是在2002年3月成立的軟件企業(yè)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱X公司),主要從事離岸軟件外包的開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。經(jīng)過十年的發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域也從最初的國外證券業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)逐步拓展到銀行,保險(xiǎn)公司,汽車制造,煙草,政府等多個(gè)行業(yè)。作為中國西南地區(qū)較大的軟件外包企業(yè)之一,公司通過近10年以來持續(xù)的國際化軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)服務(wù),逐步積累了一些軟件開發(fā)和項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是隨著公司規(guī)模的急劇擴(kuò)張,有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理嚴(yán)重不足;同時(shí)隨著用戶對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目成功率要求的不斷提高,依靠傳統(tǒng)的粗放式的傳幫帶的方式進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理明顯無法滿足現(xiàn)在和未來客戶對(duì)我們的要求;另外,公司以前整理的一些個(gè)別經(jīng)驗(yàn)也存在不適應(yīng)新情況,亟需整理后提高的問題�；诖�,本文以目前公司的項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),以軟件CMMI(能力成熟度模型集成,Capability Matured Model Integration)理論體系為指導(dǎo),提出了專門針對(duì)離岸軟件外包項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)管理方法,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文從以下幾個(gè)方面展開分析和研究:首先,系統(tǒng)地介紹CMMI模型的理念,基本事項(xiàng),構(gòu)成及評(píng)估,選擇CMMI作為項(xiàng)目管理方法研究依據(jù)的原因,以及在國際離岸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)包商的項(xiàng)目發(fā)包活動(dòng)中,在項(xiàng)目管理方面發(fā)包方對(duì)接包方的具體要求;其次,結(jié)合X公司的實(shí)際,分析接包方在項(xiàng)目管理方面面臨的各種問題,并分析其原因;最后,針對(duì)上述問題和原因,提出針對(duì)國際離岸軟件外包項(xiàng)目的管理方法。
[Abstract]:Yin Tath computer Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. is a software enterprise established in March, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as X Company), mainly engaged in offshore software outsourcing business. After ten years of development, the business field has gradually expanded from the initial development of foreign securities business system to banking, insurance companies, automobile manufacturing, tobacco, government and other industries. As one of the largest software outsourcing enterprises in Southwest China, the company has accumulated some experience in software development and project management through the continuous international software project development and system maintenance services in the past 10 years. But with the rapid expansion of the size of the company, experienced project managers are seriously inadequate, and with the increasing demands of users on the success rate of software projects, Relying on the traditional and extensive way to carry out project management is obviously unable to meet the requirements of present and future customers. In addition, some of the company's previous individual experiences have not adapted to the new situation. The urgent need to clean up the problem of improvement. Based on this, based on the practical experience of project management of the company, and guided by the capability Matured Model Integration) (capability maturity Model Integration) theory system, this paper proposes a project development management method for offshore software outsourcing projects. It has strong practical significance. This paper analyzes and studies from the following aspects: firstly, it systematically introduces the concept, basic items, constitution and evaluation of CMMI model, and chooses CMMI as the reason for the research of project management method. And in the project contract activities of the international offshore business suppliers, the specific requirements of the contractor to the contractor in project management; secondly, combined with the reality of X Company, the paper analyzes the various problems faced by the contractor in the project management. Finally, aiming at the above problems and reasons, the management method of offshore software outsourcing project is put forward.
