【摘要】：正如今信息技術(shù)公司針對(duì)城市市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的軟件和硬件包正在逐步改變著城市的運(yùn)行組織方式。這些城市操作系統(tǒng)(Urban OS)體現(xiàn)了有關(guān)知識(shí)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、決策形式等假設(shè),探討了"智慧城市"和"計(jì)算城市"等理念如何管理城市生活。針對(duì)城市和信息技術(shù)的分析需要廣泛的歷史理念,追蹤了自19世紀(jì)以來(lái)城市電力空間的變化,關(guān)注了不同領(lǐng)域,特別是軍事和企業(yè)領(lǐng)域的運(yùn)行方式對(duì)如今城市操作系統(tǒng)的影響。這篇文章把城市當(dāng)做一個(gè)有效的
[Abstract]:The software and hardware packages developed by IT companies for the city market are changing the way the city operates. These urban operating systems, Urban OS, embody assumptions about knowledge organization structure and decision form, and discuss how to manage urban life with the concepts of "intelligent city" and "computing city". The analysis of city and information technology needs a wide range of historical ideas. This paper tracks the changes of urban electric space since the 19th century, and pays attention to the influence of the operation mode in different fields, especially in the military and enterprise fields, on the present urban operating system.
