【摘要】：以移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體的新商業(yè)模式在業(yè)務(wù)類型、交易流程及取得收入方式上與傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)顯著不同,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)對(duì)收入進(jìn)行確認(rèn)和計(jì)量時(shí)難以參考會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則所規(guī)定的收入確認(rèn)條件。本文以秋葵科技公司為例,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)按現(xiàn)行企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則規(guī)定確認(rèn)收入存在一系列的問題,如缺少會(huì)計(jì)證據(jù)支持收入確認(rèn)的完整性與真實(shí)性,收入業(yè)務(wù)容易被管理層控制,掩蓋其真實(shí)目的等。因此,本文提出企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則應(yīng)向稅法靠攏,強(qiáng)調(diào)"會(huì)計(jì)證據(jù)"重要性等一系列政策建議。
[Abstract]:The new business model based on mobile Internet is different from the traditional enterprise in business type, transaction flow and the way of obtaining income, which makes it difficult for enterprises to refer to the income recognition conditions stipulated in accounting standards when they recognize and measure income. This paper takes Qiaokui Technology Company as an example and finds that there are a series of problems in the recognition of revenue according to the current enterprise accounting standards. For example, the lack of accounting evidence to support the integrity and authenticity of revenue recognition, revenue business is easy to be controlled by the management. Conceal its true purpose, etc. Therefore, this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions, such as the enterprise accounting standards should be close to the tax law, and the importance of "accounting evidence" should be emphasized.
