【摘要】：一些通信建設(shè)企業(yè)由于缺乏系統(tǒng)性的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案，管理理念未及時更新，公司對信息化建設(shè)缺乏統(tǒng)籌的、高屋建瓴的認識，導(dǎo)致管理方式落后、管理效率低下，因此有必要對這類通信建設(shè)企業(yè)的信息化需求進行全方位的評估，挖掘先進的管理理念，并建立相應(yīng)的IT系統(tǒng)。 本文以信立達公司作為研究對象，首先闡述了企業(yè)信息化研究的背景和意義，在對國內(nèi)外發(fā)展動態(tài)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，介紹了企業(yè)信息化規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論和研究方法，為企業(yè)信息化規(guī)劃方案研究提供了科學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)；其次，通過問卷調(diào)查、實地調(diào)研、關(guān)鍵人員座談、資料分析等方式，研究了信立達公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，提出相應(yīng)的信息化建設(shè)需求，并對公司信息化現(xiàn)狀進行深入分析，挖掘出公司信息化建設(shè)中存在的問題與不足，，提出對信息化規(guī)劃的啟示；再次，結(jié)合公司信息化現(xiàn)狀，依據(jù)公司信息化建設(shè)原則和目標，從管控層、分析層、業(yè)務(wù)層、支撐層這四個層面對信立達公司信息化系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)進行了規(guī)劃，并重點對公司的核心應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)、IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及IT管理與維護體系進行了規(guī)劃方案的設(shè)計；然后，針對信立達公司的信息化建設(shè)水平現(xiàn)狀，提供了公司的信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和實施策略，總結(jié)分析了公司信息化的具體建設(shè)內(nèi)容和工作計劃，以保障信息化系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的實施高效高質(zhì)的進行；最后，對本文研究內(nèi)容的創(chuàng)造性成果進行了總結(jié)，并指出本文未解決的問題，及今后進一步在本研究方向進行研究工作的展望與設(shè)想。 本文通過設(shè)計信立達公司的信息化系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案，為解決公司信息化現(xiàn)狀滿足不了公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要的問題提供了科學(xué)方案，提升了管理水平，為更好的建設(shè)公司信息化系統(tǒng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時本文的研究有一定代表性，為國內(nèi)通信建設(shè)類企業(yè)的信息化規(guī)劃工作提供了參考，有助于提高整個通信建設(shè)行業(yè)的IT規(guī)劃水平，存在較大的市場空間。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of systematic strategic planning, the lack of timely updating of management concepts and the lack of a comprehensive and high-level understanding of information construction, some communication construction enterprises have lagged behind in management methods and have low management efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the informatization needs of this kind of communication construction enterprises in all directions, excavate advanced management concepts, and set up corresponding IT systems. In this paper, Xinlida Company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the background and significance of enterprise informatization research are expounded. On the basis of the research on domestic and foreign development trends, the relevant theories and research methods of enterprise information planning are introduced. It provides a scientific theoretical basis for the research of enterprise information planning scheme. Secondly, through questionnaire survey, field investigation, key personnel discussion, data analysis and so on, the paper studies the development strategy goal and business development plan of Xinlita Company. Put forward the corresponding information construction needs, and in-depth analysis of the status quo of the company's informatization, dig out the problems and shortcomings in the information construction of the company, put forward the inspiration to the information planning; again, combined with the company information status quo, According to the principles and objectives of the information construction of the company, the overall framework of the information system of Xinlida Company is planned from the four levels of the management and control layer, the analysis layer, the business layer and the support layer. It also focuses on the design of IT infrastructure and IT management and maintenance system of the company's core application system. This paper provides the construction and implementation strategy of the company's information system, summarizes and analyzes the specific construction content and work plan of the company's informatization, in order to ensure the implementation of the information system planning is carried out efficiently and qualitatively. This paper summarizes the creative achievements of this study and points out the unsolved problems in this paper, as well as the prospects and ideas for further research work in this research direction in the future. By designing the information system planning scheme of Xinlida Company, this paper provides a scientific scheme for solving the problem that the present information situation of the company can not meet the needs of the company's business development, and improves the management level. For the better construction of the company's information system to lay the foundation. At the same time, the research in this paper is representative, which provides a reference for the information planning of the domestic communication construction enterprises, helps to improve the IT planning level of the whole communication construction industry, and has a large market space.
