【摘要】：伴隨科技的不斷進(jìn)步，人們的生活水平得到了極大的改善。通信行業(yè)也隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展走入了千家萬戶。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，目前移動通信用戶的數(shù)量已經(jīng)達(dá)到了十億。面對這樣一個龐大的消費(fèi)群體，通信企業(yè)必須加大通信基站的建設(shè)來滿足不斷增長的通信消費(fèi)需求，并力爭在行業(yè)競爭中處于優(yōu)勢地位。針對通信基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，如何對其進(jìn)行合理的評價，從而總結(jié)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)成為一個值得思考的問題。本文在明確選題目的和意義的基礎(chǔ)上，通過閱讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，了解移動通信基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評價的研究現(xiàn)狀，分析目前研究的成果中的不足，尋找本文研究的突破點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、確定論文研究思路和研究方法。本文在具體內(nèi)容研究過程中，，首先介紹什么是移動通信基站、移動通信基站的作用、移動通信基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，同時對后評價理論進(jìn)行的介紹；接著從移動基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的自身特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，研究分析適合移動基站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的后評價指標(biāo)體系，根據(jù)后評價理論建立后評價模型；然后，介紹傳統(tǒng)的后評價方法及各種評價方法的適用范圍，結(jié)合指標(biāo)體系的特點(diǎn)，針對不同的指標(biāo)選擇合適的評價方法進(jìn)行分析；最后將本文研究的成果運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目中，對實(shí)際案例的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行后評價，并得出最終結(jié)論，以驗(yàn)證研究成果的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology, people's living standards have been greatly improved. With the development of economy, the communication industry has entered thousands of households. According to incomplete statistics, the number of mobile communication users has reached 1 billion. Facing such a huge consumer group, the communication enterprise must increase the construction of the communication base station to meet the increasing demand of the communication consumption, and strive to be in the advantage position in the competition of the industry. How to evaluate the communication base station construction project reasonably and summarize the management experience has become a problem worth thinking about. On the basis of defining the purpose and significance of the topic, this paper, by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad, understands the research status quo of post evaluation of mobile communication base station construction project, and analyzes the shortcomings of the current research results. To find the breakthrough point and innovation point of this paper, to determine the research ideas and research methods. In the course of the research, this paper first introduces what is the mobile communication base station, the function of the mobile communication base station, the characteristics of the mobile communication base station construction project, and introduces the post evaluation theory at the same time; Then, based on the characteristics of mobile base station construction project, this paper studies and analyzes the post-evaluation index system suitable for mobile base station construction project, and establishes the post-evaluation model according to the post-evaluation theory. This paper introduces the traditional post-evaluation methods and the scope of application of various evaluation methods, combines the characteristics of the index system, and analyzes the suitable evaluation methods for different indicators. Finally, the research results of this paper are applied to the actual engineering projects. The post-evaluation of each index of the actual case is carried out, and the final conclusion is drawn to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results.
