【摘要】：我國正在實施的脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn),面臨著要素投入邊際效益遞減與信息通訊技術加速取代傳統(tǒng)崗位并存的嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,應填平數(shù)字鴻溝、普惠數(shù)字紅利,在貧困地區(qū)努力完善"非數(shù)字配套機制"。
[Abstract]:Our country is carrying out the war of overcoming poverty, facing the severe challenge of decreasing marginal benefit of factor input and accelerating the replacement of traditional posts with information and communication technology.Therefore, we should bridge the digital divide, inclusive digital dividend, and strive to improve the "non-digital matching mechanism" in poor areas.
