【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,企業(yè)面臨的商業(yè)環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,客戶(hù)要求更加苛刻,企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),不斷研發(fā)新的產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)之一,由于產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的成敗對(duì)企業(yè)的影響很大,并且只能成功不能失敗,因而企業(yè)也越來(lái)越重視產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。如何做好研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,減少研發(fā)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中的不確定性因素,降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),越來(lái)越受到項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的關(guān)注,成為項(xiàng)目管理人員研究的重要方向。 本文結(jié)合F公司5510光纖通信產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,系統(tǒng)介紹了研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本理論,重點(diǎn)論述和探討了5510研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)劃、識(shí)別、評(píng)估、應(yīng)對(duì)和監(jiān)控。并結(jié)合實(shí)際研發(fā)項(xiàng)目案例作了實(shí)證風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理分析,把理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,以達(dá)到理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的目的,以此幫助F公司提高新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的項(xiàng)目成功率,切實(shí)提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,贏得市場(chǎng)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為今后新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供一種簡(jiǎn)單而有效的操作模式。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the business environment faced by enterprises has undergone tremendous changes, the market competition is increasingly fierce, customer requirements are more demanding, and enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges.Research and development of new products has become one of the focus of enterprise competition, because the success or failure of product development has a great impact on enterprises, and can only succeed can not fail, so enterprises pay more and more attention to risk management of product R & D projects.How to do R & D project risk management, reduce the uncertainty in the process of R & D project, reduce the risk, more and more attention of the project development team, become an important research direction of project managers.Based on the risk characteristics and risk factors of R & D project in F Company 5510, this paper systematically introduces the basic theory of R & D project risk management, and discusses the risk planning, identification and evaluation of R & D project 5510.Response and monitoring.Combining with the actual R & D project case, this paper makes an empirical risk management analysis, combines theory with practice, in order to achieve the purpose of theoretical guidance and practice, in order to help company F to improve the success rate of new product R & D projects and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Winning market and sustainable development provides a simple and effective operation mode for risk management of new product R & D projects in the future.
