【摘要】：軟件行業(yè)的發(fā)展一直都是現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,近年來(lái)隨著軟件行業(yè)的的不斷發(fā)展,憑借其體現(xiàn)出的高附加值、高科技水平等現(xiàn)代化的特點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)逐漸滲透到我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)生產(chǎn)生活的各個(gè)方面。大力發(fā)展軟件行業(yè)是促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),它與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合并進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的提升,引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,對(duì)科技的進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛起到了重要作用。 自1965年,美國(guó)學(xué)者安索夫發(fā)表了《企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略論》以后,“戰(zhàn)略”這個(gè)概念就被正式應(yīng)用到企業(yè)領(lǐng)域。企業(yè)要想生存和發(fā)展,就必須參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),為使企業(yè)能夠保證足夠的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大,就要在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中講究謀略。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略種類(lèi)之一,不是對(duì)企業(yè)怎么干的謀略,而是對(duì)企業(yè)怎么變的謀略。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略將對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展中的整體性、長(zhǎng)期性和謀略型問(wèn)題提出科學(xué)、實(shí)際、新穎、獨(dú)特、簡(jiǎn)單的解決辦法。 本文以DC軟件開(kāi)發(fā)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為例進(jìn)行專(zhuān)題研究。首先,通過(guò)對(duì)各類(lèi)文獻(xiàn)的研究,對(duì)文中用到的理論依據(jù),如企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等進(jìn)行了介紹。其次,介紹了DC軟件開(kāi)發(fā)公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)公司原有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析,并提出存在的問(wèn)題。之后,對(duì)DC軟件開(kāi)發(fā)公司當(dāng)前所處的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境,以及公司所擁有的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,得出公司在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所具備優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)也提出了劣勢(shì)和威脅。以此為據(jù),為DC軟件開(kāi)發(fā)公司發(fā)展選擇了專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向,并制定了專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,為DC軟件開(kāi)發(fā)公司專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提出了幾點(diǎn)意見(jiàn),并對(duì)有可能出現(xiàn)的影響進(jìn)行了研究,提出戰(zhàn)略控制方案。
[Abstract]:The development of the software industry has always been an important part of the development of modern society. In recent years, with the continuous development of the software industry, with its high value-added, high-tech level and other features of modernization,Now has gradually penetrated into our national economy and all aspects of social production and life.Vigorously developing the software industry is an important link in promoting social and economic development. It combines with traditional industries and further promotes the upgrading of traditional industries, leading to the upgrading of products, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, and the progress of science and technology.The take-off of the economy played an important role.Since 1965, when American scholar Ansov published the Theory of Enterprise Strategy, the concept of "Strategy" has been formally applied to the field of enterprise.If an enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must take part in the competition. In order to ensure the enterprise to be competitive enough and to make the enterprise develop continuously, it is necessary to pay attention to the strategy in the competition.As one of the types of enterprise strategy, enterprise development strategy is not the strategy of how to do business, but the strategy of how to change.The enterprise development strategy will put forward scientific, practical, novel, unique and simple solutions to the whole, long-term and strategic problems in the enterprise development.In this paper, DC Software Development Company's development strategy as an example to carry out a thematic study.First of all, through the research of all kinds of literature, the paper introduces the theoretical basis, such as enterprise development strategy, specialized development strategy, core competitiveness and so on.Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of DC Software Development Company, analyzes the original development strategy of DC Software Development Company, and puts forward the existing problems.After that, the paper analyzes in detail the internal and external environment of DC software development company and the core competence of the company, and draws the conclusion that the company has the advantages and opportunities in the competition, and puts forward the disadvantages and threats at the same time.According to this, DC Software Development Company chooses the direction of specialization development, and formulates the professional development strategy.Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the professional development strategy of DC Software Development Company, and the possible influence is studied, and the strategic control scheme is put forward.
