【摘要】：針對(duì)韓國(guó)新時(shí)期信息與通信技術(shù)(ICT)《K-ICT安全2020戰(zhàn)略(2016—2020)》展開(kāi)背景分析,簡(jiǎn)述其戰(zhàn)略藍(lán)圖與目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)任務(wù)以及保障體系,對(duì)比分析其新一屆執(zhí)政黨關(guān)于ICT研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略兩大時(shí)期的側(cè)重與轉(zhuǎn)變,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)政策制定,助力我國(guó)ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來(lái)發(fā)展及國(guó)際市場(chǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the background analysis of K-ICT Security 2020 Strategy 2016-2020, the paper briefly describes its strategic blueprint and objectives, key tasks and guarantee system, in view of the information and communication technology (ICT) of Korea in the new period (ICT20) < K-ICT Security 2020 Strategy (2016-2020). This paper contrasts and analyzes the emphasis and transformation of the new ruling party on the ICT R & D strategy in two periods in order to promote the policy formulation of China's ICT industry and help the future development of China's ICT industry and the growth of the core competitiveness of the international market.
