【摘要】：手機閱讀成為現(xiàn)代人生活中不可或缺的生活方式,隨著手機閱讀的發(fā)展和壯大,越來越多的人運用手機終端獲取豐富的圖書、資訊等閱讀內(nèi)容,以打發(fā)碎片化時間。各大手機閱讀提供商看準這巨大的市場,進行手機閱讀的布局。然而,國內(nèi)手機閱讀發(fā)展并不成熟,如何精準定位目標消費群體、如何完善現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務系統(tǒng)、如何利用關鍵資源能力提高用戶忠誠、如何設計更加完善的盈利模式以獲取利潤等問題還并沒有得到有效解決。如何尋找合適的商業(yè)模式推動手機閱讀的進一步發(fā)展,是學術界和手機閱讀商共同關心的問題。 本文從中國移動手機閱讀基地的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合手機閱讀發(fā)展的實際情況,提出以用戶細分和定位為基礎,提供符合閱讀者需求的閱讀內(nèi)容,通過與利益相關群體共同協(xié)作,最終實現(xiàn)手機閱讀的盈利問題。通過本文的研究,希望能為中國移動手機閱讀基地的發(fā)展提供理論支撐,指導手機閱讀行業(yè)的進一步持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文以魏朱商業(yè)模式為理論支撐,從定位、業(yè)務系統(tǒng)、關鍵資源能力、盈利模式等四個方面,對中國移動手機閱讀的商業(yè)模式進行設計和研究,并提出商業(yè)模式的保障體系的建設,保證商業(yè)模式順利開展。
[Abstract]:Mobile phone reading has become an indispensable way of life in modern life. With the development and expansion of mobile phone reading, more and more people use mobile phone terminals to obtain rich books, information and other reading materials. In order to pass the fragmentation time. The major mobile phone reading providers see this huge market and carry out the layout of mobile phone reading. However, the development of mobile phone reading in China is not mature, how to accurately target consumer groups, How to improve the existing business systems, how to use critical resources to enhance user loyalty, How to design a more perfect profit model to gain profit has not been effectively solved. How to find a suitable business model to promote the further development of mobile phone reading is a common concern of academia and mobile phone readers. From the point of view of the mobile phone reading base in China and the actual situation of mobile phone reading development, this paper puts forward that, based on user segmentation and positioning, it can provide the reading content that meets the readers' needs, and cooperate with interested groups. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide theoretical support for the development of mobile phone reading base in China, and guide the further sustainable development of mobile phone reading industry. Based on the Wei Zhu business model, this paper designs and studies the business model of China Mobile phone reading from four aspects: positioning, business system, key resource capability, profit model, etc. And put forward the construction of business model security system to ensure the smooth development of business model.
