【摘要】：軟件開發(fā)的效率與開發(fā)成本是整個開發(fā)過程的關(guān)鍵性問題。隨著軟件市場的飛速發(fā)展,市場競爭不斷白熱化,IT企業(yè)也在不斷地嘗試研發(fā)新的開發(fā)模式以提升開發(fā)效率,滿足國內(nèi)客戶日益增長的使用需求,并實(shí)現(xiàn)對客戶需求頻繁變更的及時應(yīng)對。目前新開發(fā)模式的嘗試還處于探索階段,通過對開發(fā)流程管理的不斷優(yōu)化來全面提升軟件的開發(fā)效率是IT企業(yè)提升效率的一大難題。本文以軟件項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以X公司軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理為實(shí)際案例,通過對X公司軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理流程的優(yōu)化,提升開發(fā)效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)對客戶需求頻繁變更的快速響應(yīng)。論文首先闡述了軟件項(xiàng)目管理理論以及管理方法,論述了軟件項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)知識以及在軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中管理能力成熟度模型等理論知識。并以此理論為基礎(chǔ)展開對X公司軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程的全面分析,從而得出分析結(jié)論:目前X公司的傳統(tǒng)軟件開發(fā)流程效率有待提升,客戶的需求變更無法做到響應(yīng)及時。其次有針對性地對X公司的軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理流程進(jìn)行全面的優(yōu)化,從完善組織架構(gòu)、優(yōu)化資源配置、搭建產(chǎn)品平臺、加強(qiáng)管理監(jiān)督等方面提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。最后對X公司軟件開發(fā)流程管理的優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析與研究,肯定了優(yōu)化過后的管理流程有利于效率的提升,并且提升了項(xiàng)目組對客戶需求變更的反應(yīng)速度。
[Abstract]:The efficiency and cost of software development are the key problems in the whole development process. With the rapid development of the software market, IT enterprises are constantly trying to develop new development models to improve the development efficiency. To meet the increasing demand of domestic customers, and to realize the timely response to frequent changes in customer needs. At present, the new development model is still in the exploratory stage. It is a difficult problem for IT enterprises to improve the efficiency of software development through continuous optimization of development process management. Based on the theory of software project management, this paper takes X Company as a practical case. By optimizing the software development project management process of X Company, improving the development efficiency and realizing the rapid response to the frequent changes of customer requirements, this paper first describes the software project management theory and management methods. This paper discusses the related knowledge of software project and the theory knowledge of management capability maturity model in software development project. On the basis of this theory, the author analyzes the process of software project development in X Company. The conclusion is that the efficiency of the traditional software development process of X Company needs to be improved, and the change of customer's demand can not respond in time. Secondly, the overall optimization of the software development project management process of X Company is carried out. From the aspects of perfecting organization structure, optimizing resource allocation, setting up product platform, strengthening management supervision and so on, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward. Finally, the optimization results of X company software development process management are analyzed and studied. It is affirmed that the optimized management process is beneficial to the improvement of efficiency, and the response speed of the project team to the change of customer demand is improved.
