基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:隨著物流業(yè)的振興發(fā)展,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)作為供應(yīng)鏈中的重要環(huán)節(jié),面對(duì)越來(lái)越高的行業(yè)要求,問(wèn)題日益凸顯。倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展需要運(yùn)用新的技術(shù)和方法改變傳統(tǒng)的作業(yè)模式。在企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。然而實(shí)際上,對(duì)于如何更完善地將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用到倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)中還存在很多問(wèn)題。 本文以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中的應(yīng)用作為研究對(duì)象,在國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,分別對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的概念、基本框架和相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究,并結(jié)合倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需要,運(yùn)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)描述,然后對(duì)以這種架構(gòu)搭建的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。 首先對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了解析,總結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題和原因,并重點(diǎn)通過(guò)梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)定義、基本框架和相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹;其次,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn),將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)用到倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理對(duì)象和管理方法中進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),具體包括系統(tǒng)編碼體系、射頻識(shí)別系統(tǒng)、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)軟件模塊設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)硬件布局。再次,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)建模語(yǔ)言(SysML)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行描述。通過(guò)建模語(yǔ)言具體描述了系統(tǒng)的需求、結(jié)構(gòu)和行為等方面,剖析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的工作原理和特性。最后,建立了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(ANP)對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)和傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢(shì)度比較。 本文通過(guò)將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)用到倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,改善了倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行機(jī)制,解決了傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)還對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)描述和評(píng)價(jià)。研究成果對(duì)于利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)具有一定的理論與實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of logistics industry, warehousing system, as an important part of supply chain, is facing higher and higher industry requirements. The development of warehousing system needs to use new technologies and methods to change the traditional operation mode. In the process of enterprise information, the advantages of Internet of things application gradually appear. However, in fact. There are still many problems about how to apply the Internet of things to the storage system. In this paper, the application of the Internet of things in warehousing as the research object, on the basis of domestic and foreign related research, respectively, the concept of the Internet of things, the basic framework and related technologies were systematically studied. Combined with the actual needs of the storage system, the architecture of the storage system is designed and described in detail by using the Internet of things, and then the structure of the storage system is evaluated. First of all, the storage system and the Internet of things were analyzed, summarized the existing problems and reasons of the traditional warehousing system, and focused on combing the domestic and foreign research literature, the definition of the Internet of things. The basic framework and related technologies are introduced in detail. Secondly, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional storage system, combined with the advantages of the Internet of things, the Internet of things is applied to the storage management object and management method to design the system architecture, including the system coding system. RFID system, system network structure, system software module design and system hardware layout. Third. The architecture of the warehouse system is described by using the system modeling language (SysML), and the requirements, structure and behavior of the system are described in detail by the modeling language. The working principle and characteristics of the storage system of the Internet of things are analyzed. Finally, the evaluation index of the storage system is established. The advantage of Internet of things storage system is compared with that of traditional storage system by means of analytic hierarchy process (ANPs). This paper applies the Internet of things to the architecture design of the storage system, improves the structure and operation mechanism of the storage system, and solves the problems existing in the traditional storage system. At the same time, the storage system is systematically described and evaluated. The research results have certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of warehousing system using the Internet of things.
