【摘要】:移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,竊取個(gè)人隱私信息的技術(shù)和手段不斷變化升級(jí),市場(chǎng)上也形成了個(gè)人信息非法獲取、倒賣的利益鏈條。隨著客戶維權(quán)意識(shí)的提升和對(duì)自身隱私信息保護(hù)要求的不斷升級(jí),作為通信運(yùn)營(yíng)商,中國(guó)移動(dòng)在推進(jìn)客戶信息安全保障工作的過(guò)程中面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 為此,本文選擇甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理研究作為論文的選題,圍繞甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理存在的問題以及客戶信息所面臨的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)展開分析,并且針對(duì)性地提出了提升措施。本文首先介紹了甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理的研究背景和研究意義,以及研究?jī)?nèi)容和思路。其次,本文對(duì)信息安全管理的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)略闡述,分析和研究了甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理的現(xiàn)狀以及客戶信息安全管理工作存在的問題。最后,本文通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的方法分析得出甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息面臨的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和威脅,針對(duì)性地提出解決問題的手段和措施。 本文在對(duì)甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理分析和研究的過(guò)程中,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注了企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理存在的因?yàn)榱鞒淘O(shè)計(jì)與制度管理不完善,安全管控措施落實(shí)不到位,缺少技術(shù)支撐等問題引發(fā)或者導(dǎo)致的客戶信息被泄露或者濫用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。通過(guò)強(qiáng)化制度管理和培訓(xùn),建立4A安全管理系統(tǒng),同時(shí)加大同步規(guī)劃、同步建設(shè)、同步運(yùn)營(yíng)三同步的管理力度以及加強(qiáng)對(duì)客戶信息安全管理事前、事中、事后三階段的安全管控等措施的實(shí)施,以提升甘肅移動(dòng)客戶信息安全管理水平和客戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:In the era of mobile Internet, the technology and means of stealing personal privacy information are constantly changing and upgrading, and the illegal acquisition of personal information has also been formed in the market. Reselling the chain of interests. With the promotion of awareness of customer rights and the continuous upgrading of their privacy information protection requirements, as a communications operator. China Mobile is facing great challenges in the process of promoting customer information security. Therefore, this paper chooses Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management as the topic of this paper, focusing on the problems of Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management and the security risk of customer information. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of Gansu Mobile customer Information Security Management, as well as the research contents and ideas. This paper briefly describes the concept and theoretical basis of information security management, analyzes and studies the current situation of Gansu mobile customer information security management and the problems existing in customer information security management. Finally. This paper analyzes the security risks and threats faced by Gansu Mobile customer information through the method of risk management, and puts forward the means and measures to solve the problems. In the process of analysis and research on customer information security management of Gansu Mobile, this paper focuses on the existence of enterprise internal management because the process design and system management is not perfect, the implementation of security control measures is not in place. Lack of technical support and other problems caused or caused by the risk of leakage or abuse of customer information. Through strengthening the system management and training, establish 4A security management system, while increasing synchronization planning, synchronous construction. Synchronous operation of the three synchronization management and strengthen the customer information security management before, in the event, after the implementation of the three stages of security control and other measures. In order to improve Gansu Mobile customer information security management level and customer satisfaction.
