【摘要】：正 科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在黨的十七大上被寫入新修訂的黨章,其第一要義是發(fā)展,核心是以人為本,基本要求是全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù),根本方法是統(tǒng)籌兼顧。而堅持全面發(fā)展,就是要按照中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總體布局,全面推進經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會建設(shè)。其中,社會建設(shè)與人民幸福安康息息相關(guān),這對審計工作提出了
[Abstract]:The scientific concept of development is written into the newly revised Party Constitution at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The first important point is development, the core is people-oriented, the basic requirement is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable, and the fundamental method is to take all factors into account. To persist in all-round development is to comprehensively promote economic, political, cultural and social construction in accordance with the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Among them, social construction is closely related to the well-being and well-being of the people.
