【摘要】：2004～2006年是國際內部審計在全球得到快速發(fā)展的三年。IIA作為全球內部審計職業(yè)代言人的影響力不斷擴大,會員人數(shù)逐年超常遞增;在增強內部審計理論對實踐指導作用的同時,采取措施評價和提高內部審計質量;推進全球倡導戰(zhàn)略,積極開展與世界銀行、最高審計機關國際組織、國際會計師聯(lián)合會等國際組織的合作;通過國際大會、研討會和培訓班增強全球內部審計師凝聚力和溝通交流;促進包括CIA在內的多種證書項目的培訓與考試,通過后續(xù)教育提高全球內部審計師的專業(yè)素質,以適應國際內部審計快速發(fā)展歷史機遇和拓展職業(yè)前景的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:From 2004 to 2006, the influence of IIA as the spokesman of the global internal audit profession has been expanding, and the number of members has been increasing year by year, while enhancing the guiding role of internal audit theory to practice. To take measures to evaluate and improve the quality of internal audit; to promote global advocacy strategies and to actively cooperate with international organizations such as the World Bank, the International Organization of Supreme Audit institutions, the International Federation of Accountants; and through international conferences, Seminars and training courses to enhance the cohesion and communication of internal auditors around the world; to promote training and testing for a wide range of certification programmes, including the CIA; and to improve the professional quality of internal auditors worldwide through follow-up education, In order to adapt to the international internal audit rapid development of historical opportunities and expand the career prospects of the challenge.
