【摘要】:人力資源管理審計是審計理論和審計實踐的最前沿問題,也是管理審計的組成部分,隨著社會的發(fā)展與管理審計的強化,人力資源管理審計逐漸成為一個相對獨立的管理領(lǐng)域,并且引起了學者和實務界越來越多的關(guān)注。人力資源是生產(chǎn)力的第一要素,人力資源管理在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理中發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。為了克服當前人力資源管理中存在的問題,提高人力資源使用效益,研究和開展人力資源管理審計,具有重要意義。 本文首先總結(jié)了學者在人力資源審計方面的理論研究成果,,然后在吸取前人的理論基礎之上,提出針對本公司的人力資源審計理論模型。并在此模型的基礎上展開審計工作。本文以國內(nèi)一家高速公路公司(A交通企業(yè))為研究對象,對其公司戰(zhàn)略、管理審計的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,提出其進行人力資源審計的必要性。然后詳細介紹了A交通企業(yè)的審計過程,其中包括員工敬業(yè)度審計和人力資源管理系統(tǒng)審計。整個過程貫穿公司戰(zhàn)略特別是人力資源戰(zhàn)略的審計工作。 人力資源管理審計是一門綜合性應用學科,其實踐運作涉及到企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的各個層面。鑒于本人的學識,本文研究只是一種框架性和探索性的研究和探索,內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)較粗,對審計技能的運用研究不深入,作者希望本文的研究能借此推動A企業(yè)以至我國現(xiàn)代企業(yè)集團人力資源管理審計事業(yè)的向前發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Human resource management audit is the most advanced problem in audit theory and audit practice, and it is also the component of management audit. With the development of society and the strengthening of management audit, human resources management audit has gradually become a relatively independent management field. And it has attracted more and more attention from scholars and practitioners. Human resources are the first factor in productivity. Human resource management is playing a more and more important role in the management of enterprises. In order to overcome the problems existing in the current human resources management and improve the efficiency of human resources use, it is of great significance to study and carry out the audit of human resource management. This paper first summarizes the theoretical research achievements of scholars in human resources audit, and then draws on the previous theoretical basis. This paper puts forward a theoretical model of human resource audit for our company. On the basis of this model, the audit work is carried out. In this paper, a highway company in China is taken as the research object, and its company strategy is discussed. The present situation of management audit is analyzed, and the necessity of human resource audit is put forward. Then, the audit process of A transportation enterprise is introduced in detail. It includes employee engagement audit and human resource management system audit. The whole process runs through the audit of company strategy, especially human resource strategy. Human resource management audit is a comprehensive applied subject, its practical operation involves all levels of enterprise management. In view of my knowledge, the research in this paper is only a kind of frame and exploratory research and exploration, and the content structure is relatively coarse. The research on the application of auditing skills is not deep, the author hopes that the research in this paper can promote the development of human resource management audit in enterprise A and even in modern enterprise group.
