【摘要】： 本文針對近些年來我國重點建設(shè)項目中屢屢出現(xiàn)的工程質(zhì)量事故,以及現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量審計工作開展的不足。從建設(shè)項目產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制管理入手,通過運用工業(yè)工程、系統(tǒng)工程的思路,基于工程力學(xué)的啟發(fā)與流程管理的思想,由建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)理論開始,建立建設(shè)項目審計中的質(zhì)量審計全過程體系,借用創(chuàng)新模型等數(shù)學(xué)工具進(jìn)行建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量狀況及其評價的研究,從定性及定量的角度揭示質(zhì)量審計的規(guī)律與方法,并應(yīng)用于實踐案例。最后,在建設(shè)項目產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制管理、質(zhì)量審計體系介紹、模型分析及案例實作的基礎(chǔ)上,提出較為系統(tǒng)、完整且具操作可行性的建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量審計實務(wù)方案。 論文通過審計實務(wù)結(jié)合質(zhì)量審計價值提升的探索,使研究更具一定應(yīng)用價值和深遠(yuǎn)意義;同時作為國內(nèi)一項較為嶄新的研究課題,深入研究將為我國建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量審計工作開展的規(guī)范性、完善性提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the frequent accidents of engineering quality in the key construction projects in China in recent years, as well as the shortcomings of the quality audit work of the construction projects at present, this paper starts with the quality control management of the construction project products, and through the use of industrial engineering, The train of thought of system engineering, based on the inspiration of engineering mechanics and the thought of process management, starts with the basic theory of construction project quality, and establishes the whole process system of quality audit in construction project audit. This paper uses mathematical tools such as innovation model to study the quality status and evaluation of construction projects, reveals the rules and methods of quality audit from the qualitative and quantitative angles, and applies them to practical cases. Finally, the quality control management of construction projects is carried out. Based on the introduction of quality audit system, model analysis and case study, a systematic, complete and feasible practical scheme of quality audit for construction project is put forward. Through the exploration of audit practice combined with the promotion of quality audit value, the paper makes the research more practical and far-reaching, and at the same time, as a relatively new research topic in China, Further study will provide useful reference for the standardization and perfection of quality audit of construction projects in China.
