【摘要】：正 隨著改革的深入和工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn),我國(guó)農(nóng)村的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)方式、組織形式和利益關(guān)系正發(fā)生著深刻變化,特別是農(nóng)村的"錢(qián)袋子"鼓起來(lái)之后,對(duì)農(nóng)村基層干部的誘惑力也大了起來(lái),違紀(jì)違法案件日益增加,掣肘著新農(nóng)村建設(shè),長(zhǎng)此以往將威脅農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)文明。順應(yīng)新的形勢(shì)發(fā)展,兩辦《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村基層黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的意
