【摘要】：本文為“木頭和弦”商業(yè)計劃書。該創(chuàng)新商業(yè)計劃旨在提高制琴師(制作弦樂器負責人)技能。高品質的演奏離不開制作精良的樂器。該計劃將創(chuàng)辦一家弦樂器工作室,認證制琴師保羅·奧特羅(Paul Otero)將在工作室創(chuàng)造品質獨特的小提琴,小提琴音質上乘,將得到全球認可。此外,為了與客戶分享音樂激情,提供真實體驗,工作室會配備兩個隔音房間,供人們租用,進行授課、樂器鑒賞等其他音樂相關活動。為推動該項目的實施,作者制定了完善的各階段計劃。首先,作者將深入分析音樂和樂器制造業(yè)的背景和現狀。其次,作者將詳細介紹在西班牙的經營理念,包括營銷和財務計劃,增強未來業(yè)務的盈利能力。
