數(shù)碼印刷機項目的質(zhì)量控制及過程改進方法研究

【摘要】:數(shù)碼印刷機及其配套軟件作為保證相關(guān)印刷品質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ),其質(zhì)量管理的重要性不容忽視。但是,由于數(shù)碼印刷機自身的復(fù)雜性決定了項目只能通過多期展開。因此,需要對項目每期的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有管理模式存在的問題并提出改進方法作為項目下期開展的指導(dǎo),從而促進數(shù)碼印刷機項目質(zhì)量的全面提升。 本文運用項目管理中質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論和方法解決數(shù)碼印刷機項目研發(fā)過程中遇到的質(zhì)量問題。重點對項目一期研發(fā)過程的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行了描述,并將因果分析圖、排列圖等常用統(tǒng)計工具運用在對項目一期質(zhì)量問題的分析過程中。同時,針對項目一期出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,在項目二期制定了針對性的質(zhì)量控制措施,并通過這些措施的具體應(yīng)用來完成過程改進。本文主要工作與創(chuàng)新點如下: (1)對項目一期研發(fā)過程出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進行了詳細分析與總結(jié) 本文對項目研發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進行了分析,主要包括:機械平臺、打印控制系統(tǒng)、噴頭模組、供墨系統(tǒng)、印前軟件與打印控制器軟件研發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題。 (2)為項目二期研發(fā)過程制定了具體的質(zhì)量控制措施 本文根據(jù)項目一期研發(fā)過程中總結(jié)出的質(zhì)量問題,在項目二期中,制定了組織措施,合同措施等有效的質(zhì)量控制措施,用于解決項目一期中出現(xiàn)的各類質(zhì)量問題。 (3)為項目二期研發(fā)過程的改進給出了具體的執(zhí)行方法 本文采用基于PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)的質(zhì)量控制方法,將項目二期制定的質(zhì)量控制措施具體應(yīng)用在機械平臺、物料采購、需求分析、文檔管理和風(fēng)險管控的過程改進中,并為項目創(chuàng)建了一個風(fēng)險量化參數(shù)模型,有效加強了項目二期應(yīng)對風(fēng)險的抗性。 本文針對項目一期研發(fā)過程出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題所給出的質(zhì)量控制措施與過程改進方法,不僅有效提升了項目二期的質(zhì)量水平,保證了項目二期的順利完成和達到指定的預(yù)期效果,還為項目后期需要進行的質(zhì)量控制和過程改進提供了指導(dǎo)性的作用。
[Abstract]:The importance of the quality management of the digital printing machine and its supporting software as the basis for ensuring the quality of the related printed matter should not be ignored. However, because of the complexity of the digital printer itself, the project can only be expanded through multiple stages. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the status of the quality management of each period of the project, summarize the problems existing in the management mode and put forward the improvement method as the guidance of the project under the project, so as to promote the overall improvement of the project quality of the digital printing machine. This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of quality management in the project management to solve the quality problems encountered in the research and development of the digital printer project The main focus is to describe the current situation of the quality management of the first phase of the project, and to use the common statistical tools such as the cause and effect analysis graph and the arrangement diagram in the analysis of the quality problem of the first stage of the project. In the meantime, aiming at the quality problems in the first phase of the project, the targeted quality control measures are set up in the second phase of the project, and the process reform is completed through the specific application of these measures The main work and innovation point of this paper are as follows: Next: (1) The quality problems in the R & D process of the project are analyzed in detail The paper analyses and summarizes the quality problems in the research and development of the project, mainly including: the mechanical platform, the printing control system , the spray head module, the ink supply system, the pre-printing software and the printing controller software, The problem arises. (2) The development process of the second phase of the project has been developed. The quality control measures of the body are based on the quality problems summarized in the first phase of the project. In the second phase of the project, the organization measures, contract measures, etc. are formulated. Effective quality control measures to address the phase I of the project The various quality problems that occur. (3) For the development process of the second phase of the project The improved quality control method based on PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) is presented in this paper. The quality control measures formulated in the second phase of the project are applied to the machine in detail. The process of equipment platform, material procurement, demand analysis, document management and risk control is improved, and a risk quantitative parameter model is created for the project. In this paper, the quality control measures and process improvement methods are given in this paper, which not only effectively improve the quality level of the second phase of the project, but also guarantee the second phase of the project.
