中興通訊企業(yè)網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中興通訊是全球排行第五、國內最大的通信設備上市公司,在通訊市場已經走向逐漸飽和、甚至出現(xiàn)需求萎縮的情況下,如何開啟新一輪的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉型,盡快找到能夠帶來新的高速發(fā)展的市場藍海,對于中興通訊尋求更大的生存空間,打造享譽全球的知名品牌都是至關重要的。 融合通信時代的到來,使得傳統(tǒng)通信行業(yè)與IT行業(yè)的區(qū)分逐漸模糊,行業(yè)的融合使得企業(yè)的競爭己不再限于各自行業(yè)內的廝殺,技術上的先天優(yōu)勢,也使得通信設備領域巨頭在IT行業(yè)有了開疆拓土的實力與可能。本論文正是基于此行業(yè)發(fā)展的大背景,運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究的理論對中興通訊企業(yè)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了剖析分析,論文運用波特的戰(zhàn)略競爭分析模型、資源基礎理論、以及SWOT分析法等工具方法,對中興通訊在企業(yè)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,企業(yè)當前面對的市場環(huán)境,以及中興通訊現(xiàn)有的內部資源條件進行了系統(tǒng)的分析,從戰(zhàn)略意圖選擇的角度清晰闡明了目前中興通訊進軍企業(yè)網(wǎng)市場的戰(zhàn)略需要與可行性;并在指出企業(yè)網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向的同時,分析了中興在企業(yè)網(wǎng)市場面臨的困難,并肯定其目前已經采取的五大具體戰(zhàn)略選擇措施,再就企業(yè)文化、市場措施、品牌與物流體系建設,還有如何規(guī)避國際市場保護主義等7個方面提出了具體的建議。最后一章歸納得出結論,即企業(yè)網(wǎng)市場的空間巨大,中興通訊也已具備了足夠競爭優(yōu)勢,機遇大于挑戰(zhàn),可以大力推進企業(yè)網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 論文從企業(yè)發(fā)展的視角出發(fā),通過對中興通訊的企業(yè)網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,為中興通訊企業(yè)網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施提供科學的決策依據(jù),并希望相關分析材料與建設性意見能對企業(yè)的管理層有所觸動,提供有益的參考作用。
[Abstract]:ZTE is the fifth and largest listed company in the world, and in the case of the communication market has been gradually saturated, and even the demand is shrinking, how to turn on a new round of enterprise strategy transformation, and find the market blue sea that can bring new high-speed development as soon as possible, It is essential to seek a larger living space for ZTE to build a well-known world-renowned brand. With the arrival of the communication time, the distinction between the traditional communication industry and the IT industry is gradually blurred, and the integration of the industry makes the competition of the enterprise no longer limited to the fighting and killing in the respective industries, and the inherent superiority of the technology The potential is also to make the giant in the field of communication equipment in the IT industry have the strength and the ability to expand the territory. This paper is based on the background of the development of this industry, and analyzes and analyzes the development strategy of the network of ZTE Corporation based on the theory of enterprise strategic research. The paper uses Porter's strategic competitive analysis model, the basic theory of resources, and the SWOT analysis method. In this paper, the present situation of the development of the enterprise network, the market environment facing the enterprise, and the existing internal resource condition of ZTE are analyzed, and the strategic needs and feasibility of the current communication to the enterprise network market are clearly set out from the point of view of the choice of strategic intention. The paper also analyzes the difficulties faced by ZTE in the enterprise network market while pointing out the strategic development direction of the enterprise network, and affirms the five concrete strategic choice measures that it has already taken, and then builds the enterprise culture, the market measures, the brand and the logistics system.
