【摘要】：電力從某種角度上來(lái)講也是一種產(chǎn)品，電能質(zhì)量的好壞將直接影響到社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面。而電能質(zhì)量又直接取決于變電站建設(shè)的好壞，所以做好變電站建設(shè)的質(zhì)量管理就成了一項(xiàng)十分重要的工作。精心打造出的優(yōu)質(zhì)變電站可以確保電力系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性及可靠性，使得整個(gè)電網(wǎng)在穩(wěn)定安全的情況下運(yùn)行。 本篇論文著重圍繞變電站的施工質(zhì)量開(kāi)展，首先對(duì)質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)概念及理論進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的介紹，將國(guó)外質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀與國(guó)內(nèi)質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了比較；其次對(duì)質(zhì)量管理及質(zhì)量控制的概念進(jìn)行了闡述，并介紹了質(zhì)量管理的各個(gè)發(fā)展階段以及當(dāng)今較為主流的質(zhì)量管理方法；接著結(jié)合變電站施工的特點(diǎn)，本文對(duì)影響變電站施工的質(zhì)量因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹，并就這些因素制定了一系列有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策；最后結(jié)合之前介紹的理論和方法，以220kV瀘定變電站改造工程為案例，，介紹整個(gè)工程的質(zhì)量管理方法，特別是列舉了一系列變電站施工中容易出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量薄弱環(huán)節(jié)以及相應(yīng)的控制方法，其最終的目的是分享和交流一些變電站建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，供行業(yè)內(nèi)各單位借鑒和共享，為后續(xù)變電站建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理提供可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Electricity is also a kind of product from a certain point of view, and the quality of power will directly affect all aspects of society. The power quality directly depends on the quality of substation construction, so it has become a very important work to do a good job of substation construction quality management. The carefully built high quality substation can ensure the economy, security and reliability of the power system, and make the whole power grid run under stable and safe conditions. This paper focuses on the construction quality of substations. Firstly, the related concepts and theories of quality management are systematically introduced, and the present situation of quality management in foreign countries is compared with that in China. Secondly, the concepts of quality management and quality control are expounded, and the development stages of quality management and the mainstream quality management methods are introduced. Then combined with the characteristics of substation construction, this paper introduces in detail the quality factors that affect substation construction, and formulates a series of targeted countermeasures for these factors. Finally, combined with the theory and method introduced before, taking the reconstruction project of 220kV Luding Substation as an example, this paper introduces the quality management method of the whole project. In particular, a series of weak quality links and corresponding control methods in substation construction are listed, the ultimate purpose of which is to share and exchange the experience of quality management in substation construction, which can be used for reference and sharing by all units in the industry. It provides reference experience for the quality management of subsequent substation construction projects.
