【摘要】：隨著市場競爭的日益激烈,制造商及生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對于科學(xué)管理和柔性制造的不斷追求,原先供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品單一且分散的、種類繁多的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)品采購,正逐漸被新興的MRO工業(yè)品一站式采購所替代。同時,隨著我國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展,MRO的發(fā)展前景被看好,市場容量巨大,MRO這一新興的行業(yè)逐漸被市場所認(rèn)可。 本文依據(jù)上海信南工業(yè)裝備有限公司的內(nèi)外部實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略分析理論,提出適合公司的創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方向是構(gòu)建MRO工業(yè)品超市。 首先,運(yùn)用PSET方法進(jìn)行宏觀環(huán)境分析、五力模型進(jìn)行行業(yè)環(huán)境分析,研究公司發(fā)展所面臨的環(huán)境背景：其次,通過內(nèi)部資源與能力及利益相關(guān)者的愿景分析,構(gòu)建了公司戰(zhàn)略選擇的SWOT模型和IE矩陣；再次,在相關(guān)分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出公司的創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方向是構(gòu)建MRO工業(yè)品超市,基于QSPM模型對公司的備選戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行決策,最終得出適合公司發(fā)展的總體戰(zhàn)略是增長型戰(zhàn)略,可以選用的競爭戰(zhàn)略是成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略和集中化戰(zhàn)略；最后,通過市場調(diào)研和市場細(xì)分確定目標(biāo)市場,組建4P營銷體系,并提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障和支撐措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturers and production enterprises continue to pursue scientific management and flexible manufacturing. The original supplier products are single and scattered, and a wide variety of traditional industrial products are procured. Is gradually being replaced by the emerging MRO industrial products one-stop procurement. At the same time, with the steady and rapid development of China's industrial economy, the development prospect of MRO is promising and the market capacity is huge. MRO, a new industry, is gradually recognized by the market. According to the internal and external situation of Shanghai Xinnan Industrial equipment Co., Ltd., combined with the relevant strategic analysis theory, this paper puts forward that the strategic direction of starting a business suitable for the company is to construct MRO industrial products supermarket. First of all, the PSET method is used to analyze the macro environment, and the five forces model is used to analyze the industry environment, and to study the environmental background of the development of the company. Secondly, through the vision analysis of internal resources and capabilities and stakeholders, The SWOT model and IE matrix of corporate strategic choice are constructed. Thirdly, on the basis of relevant analysis and research, it is concluded that the strategic direction of the company is to build MRO industrial supermarket, based on the QSPM model to make decisions on the alternative strategy of the company, and finally it is concluded that the overall strategy suitable for the development of the company is the growth strategy. The optional competitive strategy is cost leading strategy and centralization strategy. Finally, the target market is determined through market research and market segmentation, and the 4p marketing system is set up, and the guarantee and support measures for the implementation of the strategy are put forward.
