【摘要】：《造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策》指出,發(fā)展我國造紙產(chǎn)業(yè),必須堅(jiān)持循環(huán)發(fā)展、環(huán)境保護(hù)技術(shù)。近年來,其他國家造紙業(yè)產(chǎn)生了大量新技術(shù)。約束于保護(hù)資源、環(huán)境等因素,造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)在節(jié)能減排、環(huán)境保護(hù)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效益等方面不斷加強(qiáng),目前造紙產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)品日益多樣、生產(chǎn)更加清潔環(huán)保、規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、技術(shù)集成日益推進(jìn)、林紙一體化加深、合作全球化等特征。隨著國內(nèi)零售業(yè)態(tài)的多元化,超市、大賣場已經(jīng)成為零售業(yè)態(tài)的主流,終端市場對于生活用紙企業(yè)的重要性越來越明顯,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低成本,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化的生活用紙規(guī)模生產(chǎn)企業(yè)是大勢所趨。 為此,本文擬將項(xiàng)目人力資源配置管理的相關(guān)理論及方法與H公司年產(chǎn)12萬噸高檔生活用紙項(xiàng)目實(shí)際相結(jié)合,從項(xiàng)目人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀及問題分析、項(xiàng)目人力資源配置優(yōu)化、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的策略等方面對本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)深入的人力資源配置管理研究,以切實(shí)加強(qiáng)本項(xiàng)目的人力資源管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的順利竣工及良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:The paper industry development policy points out that the development of China's paper industry must adhere to circular development and environmental protection technology. In recent years, the paper industry in other countries has produced a large number of new technologies. Restricted to the protection of resources and environmental factors, the paper industry should continue to strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection, product quality, production benefits, and so on. At present, the paper industry presents increasingly diverse products and cleaner production and environmental protection. The scale expands continuously, the technology integration advances day by day, the forest paper integration deepens, the cooperation globalization and so on characteristic. With the diversification of domestic retail formats, supermarkets and retail outlets have become the mainstream of retail formats, and the end market is becoming more and more important for domestic paper enterprises to improve the quality of products and reduce costs. It is the general trend to develop modern scale production enterprises of daily paper. Therefore, this paper intends to combine the relevant theory and method of project human resource allocation management with the actual production of 120000 tons of high-grade living paper project in H Company, from the analysis of the present situation and problems of the project human resource allocation, and the optimization of the project human resource allocation, In order to strengthen the human resource management of the project and realize the smooth completion of the project and good economic and social benefits, the strategy of human resource management of the project has been systematically and deeply studied in order to strengthen the human resource management of the project in order to realize the successful completion of the project and the good economic and social benefits.
