基于ERP的E集團內(nèi)部公司業(yè)務(wù)流程模型研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著經(jīng)濟體制的不斷完善和中國制造業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)需要采用先進的技術(shù)和嚴謹?shù)墓芾硪?guī)范來協(xié)助管理,計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展為此提供了有力支持,ERP(企業(yè)資源計劃)被廣泛應(yīng)用。而當企業(yè)的規(guī)模擴展成為集團的時候,企業(yè)通常采用集中型管理,在這種模式下,現(xiàn)有的ERP系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)管理的支持略顯不足。這源于大型制造企業(yè)的不同職能部門往往分布在不同的地理區(qū)域,采用分公司或子公司的方式獨立運營,集團公司需要對所有分子公司實行有效監(jiān)控,卻難以實時有效的獲取分子公司的運營信息,F(xiàn)有ERP系統(tǒng)可以完善的管理單獨一家公司、有效的核算獨立分子公司,卻對集團整體運營狀況的監(jiān)控比較乏力。很多ERP公司都注意到了這一點,或從管理理念上,或從系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)上,或從業(yè)務(wù)流程上探求解決之道。 本文采用個案研究法,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)流程管理理論,以E集團為個案實例,通過對E集團業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀的分析,在總結(jié)多分子公司企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點及ERP軟件相關(guān)功能的基礎(chǔ)上,以作者多年行業(yè)實踐經(jīng)驗設(shè)計出業(yè)務(wù)流程模型——內(nèi)部公司業(yè)務(wù)流程模型。作為對現(xiàn)有ERP系統(tǒng)功能的補充擴展,該模型可以在分子公司核心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生的時候就將產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞到集團公司,有效提升集團公司對分子公司的監(jiān)控力度。本文還通過效果對比論證這種業(yè)務(wù)流程模型的可行性,并探討是否能夠?qū)⑦@種業(yè)務(wù)流程模型推廣到整個制造業(yè)。 本文旨在通過應(yīng)用內(nèi)部公司業(yè)務(wù)流程模型及時反饋日常業(yè)務(wù)信息、準確核算企業(yè)項目成本,進而加強制造企業(yè)集團對下屬分子公司的管理力度;也能夠使分子公司的業(yè)務(wù)信息能夠更容易的傳遞到集團總公司,加快了集團單位的各類報表的計算匯總速度;亦可協(xié)助Microsoft Dynamics AX系統(tǒng)完善功能,使其更好滿足客戶企業(yè)需要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economic system and the vigorous development of China's manufacturing industry, Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to adopt advanced technology and rigorous management norms to assist in management, and the development of computer technology has provided strong support for this. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is widely used. When the scale of the enterprise expands into a group, the enterprise usually adopts centralized management. Under this mode, the support of the existing ERP system to the enterprise management is not enough. This is due to the fact that the different functions of large manufacturing enterprises tend to be distributed in different geographical areas and operate independently as branches or subsidiaries, and that group companies need to exercise effective monitoring of all molecular companies. However, it is difficult to obtain the operational information of molecular companies in real time and effectively. The existing ERP system can perfect the management of a single company, the effective accounting of independent molecular companies, but the overall operation of the group monitoring is relatively weak. Many ERP companies have noticed this, either from the management philosophy, from the system architecture, or from the business process to find solutions. Based on the case study method and the theory of business process management, this paper takes E Group as an example, analyzes the current situation of E Group Business process, and summarizes the enterprise structure characteristics of multi-molecular company and the related functions of ERP software, which is based on the analysis of the current situation of E Group Business process. Based on the author's many years of practical experience in the industry, this paper designs a business process model-internal company business process model. As a supplement to the functions of the existing ERP system, the model can transfer the generated data to the group company when the core business of the molecular company occurs, and effectively promote the monitoring of the molecular company by the group company. This paper also demonstrates the feasibility of the business process model by comparison of the results, and discusses whether the business process model can be extended to the whole manufacturing industry. The purpose of this paper is to use the internal company business process model to feedback the daily business information in time to calculate the project cost accurately, and then to strengthen the management of subsidiary companies by manufacturing enterprise groups. It can also make the business information of the molecular company more easily pass to the group head office, accelerate the calculation and summary speed of all kinds of reports of the group unit, and also assist the Microsoft Dynamics AX system to perfect the function, so that it can better meet the needs of the customers and enterprises.
