提升臨鋼競爭力的企業(yè)文化研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是當(dāng)今企業(yè)界的一種潮流。50多年來,,太鋼集團(tuán)臨汾鋼鐵有限公司(以下簡稱臨鋼)始終如一的堅(jiān)持進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化建設(shè),積極探索具有臨鋼特色的企業(yè)文化。臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)以集團(tuán)公司核心價(jià)值觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),通過不斷的總結(jié)、提煉傳統(tǒng)文化,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒優(yōu)勢(shì)企業(yè)的優(yōu)秀文化,整合、補(bǔ)充、完善,逐漸形成了具有臨鋼特色的企業(yè)文化。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化,臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)也在不斷的整合、提升、不斷賦予新的內(nèi)容。臨鋼的企業(yè)文化建設(shè),更好的為創(chuàng)建最具競爭力的中厚板精品企業(yè)提供精神動(dòng)力和智力支持。 本文首先介紹了企業(yè)文化的概念、特征、功能和層次,總結(jié)分析了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論;詳細(xì)的介紹了臨鋼的企業(yè)文化發(fā)展過程以及現(xiàn)狀,分析了臨鋼企業(yè)文化發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的成就;緊接著通過分析新時(shí)期市場(chǎng)環(huán)境多變的情況下企業(yè)文化的特點(diǎn),提出了臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)二度改造的指導(dǎo)思想和目標(biāo),臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展策略并制定了臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的主要改革措施。最后介紹了臨鋼企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中的一些具體實(shí)踐,并以此對(duì)將來的文化建設(shè)效果做了預(yù)測(cè)。 本文結(jié)論部分簡要介紹了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和下一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:For more than 50 years, Linfen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Linfen Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.), Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group, has consistently carried on the construction of enterprise culture and actively explored the enterprise culture with the characteristics of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is guided by the core values of the group company. Through the continuous summary, refining the traditional culture, learning from the excellent culture of the superior enterprises, integrating, supplementing and perfecting, gradually forming the enterprise culture with the characteristics of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. With the development of the times and the change of the market environment, the enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co. The construction of enterprise culture in Lingang provides spiritual impetus and intellectual support for the establishment of the most competitive medium and thick plate boutique enterprises. This paper first introduces the concept, characteristics, functions and levels of corporate culture, summarizes and analyzes the current situation and related theories of corporate culture construction at home and abroad. The development process and present situation of the enterprise culture in Lingang are introduced in detail, and the problems in the development process and the achievements in the construction of the enterprise culture in Lingang are analyzed. Then through the analysis of the characteristics of the enterprise culture under the changeable market environment in the new period, the guiding ideology and objectives of the second transformation of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Company are put forward. The development strategy of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and the main reform measures of the enterprise culture construction in Linshan Iron and Steel Co. Finally, this paper introduces some concrete practices in the enterprise culture construction of Linshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and forecasts the effect of the culture construction in the future. In the conclusion part of this paper, the main research contents and the future research directions are briefly introduced.
