【摘要】：汽車市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,客戶需求呈多樣化和個(gè)性化發(fā)展。汽車生產(chǎn)已從單一品種、批量化生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)化為多品種小批量的混流生產(chǎn)�；炝魃a(chǎn)對(duì)于零部件的供應(yīng)提出較高的要求,如何在準(zhǔn)確的時(shí)間將準(zhǔn)確數(shù)量的零部件送到指定的地點(diǎn)是混流生產(chǎn)線零部件供應(yīng)的一大難題。同步供貨模式能最大程度降低零部件庫(kù)存,是較為理想的供貨模式。本文針對(duì)混流生產(chǎn)線零部件的同步供貨模式,通過(guò)建模對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)零部件的同步供貨進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)于汽車制造企業(yè)混流生產(chǎn)線零部件同步供貨的實(shí)際運(yùn)作具有一定現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在對(duì)混流生產(chǎn)線同步供貨實(shí)際運(yùn)作流程進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,首先從定性的角度對(duì)同步供貨所適用的零部件類型進(jìn)行劃分,并分析同步供貨實(shí)施的條件,提出同步供貨實(shí)施的保障措施。其次,對(duì)同步供貨模式的實(shí)施進(jìn)行建模研究,通過(guò)分析同步供貨的作業(yè)流程和運(yùn)作環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)初始模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,建立優(yōu)化后的同步供貨模型。再次,對(duì)影響同步供貨的具體相關(guān)量進(jìn)行建模分析,如車序采集量,送貨頻率,安全庫(kù)存量等,同時(shí)應(yīng)用排隊(duì)論理論對(duì)同步供貨運(yùn)作中入廠卸貨環(huán)節(jié)時(shí)間建模研究,相關(guān)量的研究有助于同步供貨的順利實(shí)施。最后,以M汽車制造企業(yè)的實(shí)際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合本文同步供貨相關(guān)模型對(duì)其同步供貨進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有供貨情況提出改善措施。
[Abstract]:Automobile market competition is increasingly fierce, customer demand is diversified and personalized development. Automobile production has been transformed from single variety, batch production mode to multi-variety and small batch mixed-flow production. There is a high demand for the supply of parts in the mixed flow production. How to send the exact quantity of parts to the designated location in the accurate time is a big problem in the supply of the parts in the mixed flow production line. The synchronous supply mode can reduce the inventory of parts and components to the maximum extent, and it is an ideal mode of supply. According to the synchronous supply mode of parts in mixed-flow production line, this paper studies how to realize the synchronous supply of parts and components through modeling, which is of practical significance to the practical operation of synchronous supply of parts in mixed-flow production lines of automobile manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the actual operation process of synchronous supply of mixed-flow production line, this paper firstly classifies the applicable parts and components of synchronous supply from a qualitative point of view, and analyzes the conditions for the implementation of synchronous supply. Put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of synchronous supply. Secondly, the implementation of synchronous supply mode is modeled and studied. The initial model is optimized by analyzing the operation process and operation link of synchronous supply mode, and the optimized synchronous supply model is established. Thirdly, modeling and analysis are carried out on the specific related quantities that affect the synchronous supply, such as vehicle order collection quantity, delivery frequency, safe inventory and so on. At the same time, the queuing theory is applied to modeling the time of incoming and unloading links in the synchronous supply operation. The research of correlation quantity is helpful to the smooth implementation of synchronous supply. Finally, based on the actual survey data of M automobile manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the synchronous supply model and puts forward the improvement measures to the existing supply situation.
