【摘要】:新能源產業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素包括外部因素和內部因素,市場需求、政策導向、技術驅動和目標群體特征是外部影響因素的主要內容,而行業(yè)特征、盈利現狀、企業(yè)家素質則是其內部影響因素;企業(yè)與所處環(huán)境的融合過程,與供應商、客戶、合作伙伴價值鏈的重構以及企業(yè)內部單元的調整重組構成了新能源產業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的機會。企業(yè)應正確識別商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過程中的機會和障礙,適應經濟全球化和信息化的發(fā)展趨勢,為我國社會與經濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展作出貢獻。
[Abstract]:The influencing factors of business model innovation of new energy industry include external and internal factors, market demand, policy orientation, technology-driven and target group characteristics are the main contents of external factors, while industry characteristics, profit status quo, The entrepreneur's quality is its internal influence factor; The integration process between enterprises and their environment, the reconstruction of value chain with suppliers, customers and partners, and the adjustment and reorganization of internal units of enterprises constitute opportunities for the innovation of business model of new energy industry. Enterprises should correctly identify the opportunities and obstacles in the process of business model innovation, adapt to the trend of economic globalization and informatization, and contribute to the sustainable development of China's society and economy.
