湖南駿和集團(tuán)人力資源管理外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及規(guī)避措施研究

【摘要】:人力資源管理外包是業(yè)務(wù)外包市場(chǎng)中的內(nèi)容之一,在國外的發(fā)展已有一段歷史;相對(duì)而言,我國的企業(yè)人力資源管理外包市場(chǎng)正處于起步并不斷趨于成熟,越來越多的企業(yè)為了順應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求,創(chuàng)新管理,在其內(nèi)部管理和建設(shè)過程中,引用“人力資源管理外包”策略。然而,任何一個(gè)新事物在其發(fā)展過程中,總會(huì)遇到一些新的問題和困難,但這些新事物在成長的過程中又往往表現(xiàn)出空前的爆發(fā)力,我國人力資源管理外包市場(chǎng)也不例外。人力資源管理外包在諸多實(shí)踐例子中已經(jīng)充分證明了它的優(yōu)勢(shì)和潛力,給企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理帶來了巨大的效益。與此同時(shí),也有不少企業(yè)由于各個(gè)方面的原因,在實(shí)施的過程中出現(xiàn)了一些問題,甚至給企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理造成了一定損失。由此可見,人力資源管理外包是一把雙刃劍,,其優(yōu)勢(shì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是并存的。 本文以湖南駿和集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,就企業(yè)在實(shí)施人力資源管理外包過程中應(yīng)該如何使用好人力資源管理外包這把雙刃劍,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)效益最大化問題為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn)和回歸點(diǎn),結(jié)合人力資源管理外包的相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐,對(duì)其人力資源管理外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及規(guī)避措施進(jìn)行了深入研究與分析。本文首先介紹了湖南駿和集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀以及人力資源管理外包現(xiàn)狀,并充分結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)施人力資源管理外包的操作流程,提出一些必要的外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法,構(gòu)建外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),最后提出針對(duì)湖南駿和集團(tuán)人力資源管理外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避措施。 本文探討的是湖南駿和集團(tuán)的人力資源外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及規(guī)避措施,對(duì)集團(tuán)今后的人力資源管理外包提供了指導(dǎo)依據(jù),同時(shí),對(duì)其它同類企業(yè)的人力資源外包亦具有較高的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The human resource management outsourcing is one of the contents in the business outsourcing market. Comparatively speaking, the outsourcing market of human resource management in our country is in the beginning and tends to mature constantly. In order to meet the needs of social and economic development, more and more enterprises innovate management, and in the process of internal management and construction, in order to meet the needs of social and economic development, more and more enterprises in the process of management and construction, The strategy of human resource management outsourcing is cited. However, in the process of development of any new thing, there are always some new problems and difficulties, but these new things often show unprecedented explosive power in the process of growing up, and the outsourcing market of human resources management in our country is no exception. Human resource management outsourcing has fully proved its advantages and potentials in many practical examples, and has brought enormous benefits to the management of enterprises. At the same time, there are many enterprises because of various reasons, in the process of implementation of some problems, and even to the management of enterprises caused a certain loss. Thus, human resource management outsourcing is a double-edged sword, its advantages and risks coexist. Taking Hunan Junhe Group as the research object, this paper studies how enterprises should make good use of the double-edged sword of human resource management outsourcing in the process of implementing the outsourcing of human resources management, so as to realize the maximization of enterprise benefits as the starting point and regression point. Combined with the theory and practice of human resource management outsourcing, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the risks and evading measures of human resource management outsourcing. This paper first introduces the current situation of Hunan Junhe Group and the current situation of human resource management outsourcing, and puts forward some necessary outsourcing risk assessment methods combined with the operation process of implementing human resource management outsourcing. Finally, the author puts forward some measures to avoid the outsourcing risk of Hunan Junhe Group Human Resources Management. This paper discusses the risks and evading measures of Hunan Junhe Group's human resource outsourcing, which provides the guidance basis for the group's human resource management outsourcing in the future. At the same time, it has a high reference value for other similar enterprises' human resource outsourcing.
