【摘要】：改革開放以來,由于國有大型建筑企業(yè)占據(jù)著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的穩(wěn)定地位,因而其組織變革成為了我國企業(yè)組織改革的重心。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境不斷變化,尤其是在經(jīng)歷了眾多的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機之后,以不變應(yīng)萬變的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略早已不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,所以變革成為了工作重心。世界的發(fā)展形式慢慢進(jìn)入全球性質(zhì)、知識型和多元化,國有大型建筑企業(yè)必須要適應(yīng)大環(huán)境發(fā)展,正確其發(fā)展路線,發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。盡管國有大型建筑企業(yè)不斷革新其內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu),但是現(xiàn)行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)中仍然存在諸多缺點,不能滿足時代的發(fā)展,同時制約了企業(yè)的進(jìn)步,本論文從以下幾方面進(jìn)行探討。論文在第一章首先深入學(xué)習(xí)分析了國內(nèi)外在組織結(jié)構(gòu)方面的相關(guān)研究,站在諸多研究背景的基礎(chǔ)上,對現(xiàn)行狀況進(jìn)行分析。其次對論文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行深入研究,按步驟整理了相關(guān)理論方法及其發(fā)展歷程等內(nèi)容。這些內(nèi)容為接下來的研究工作作理論基礎(chǔ)。在進(jìn)行了相關(guān)理論研究之后,論文對美國福陸公司、日本清水公司以及中國建設(shè)工程總公司這三家國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀大型建筑企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其優(yōu)點,向其學(xué)習(xí)。同時在分析的過程中,本論文立足于建筑業(yè)的產(chǎn)品差別化和進(jìn)退壁壘,思考我國國有大型建筑企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀,以及實際中存在的問題,并延伸到問題本質(zhì)發(fā)展問題產(chǎn)生的原因。最后就相關(guān)研究,同時論文結(jié)合實際對中鐵XX局改革前后的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,給出完善國有大型建筑企業(yè)組織架構(gòu)管理問題的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the state-owned large construction enterprises occupy a stable position in the economic development, so their organizational transformation has become the focus of the organizational reform of enterprises in China. With the rapid development of economy, the international and domestic environment is constantly changing, especially after a lot of economic crisis, the development strategy of constant response to change has long been unable to adapt to the development of enterprises, so the transformation has become the focus of work. The development form of the world slowly enters the global nature, the knowledge type and the diversification, the state-owned large-scale construction enterprise must adapt to the big environment development, the correct development route, the development goal, the development strategy and so on. Although large state-owned construction enterprises constantly innovate their internal organizational structure, there are still many shortcomings in the present organizational structure, which can not meet the development of the times, and at the same time restrict the progress of enterprises. This paper discusses from the following aspects. In the first chapter, we study and analyze the related research on organizational structure at home and abroad, and analyze the current situation on the basis of many research backgrounds. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the paper is deeply studied, and the relevant theoretical methods and their development process are sorted out step by step. These contents provide the theoretical basis for the following research work. After the relevant theoretical research, the paper analyzes the organizational structure of three excellent large construction enterprises at home and abroad, such as Flo Corporation, Japan Shimizu Company and China Construction Engineering Corporation, finds its advantages and learns from them. At the same time, in the process of analysis, based on the product differentiation and barriers of the construction industry, this paper considers the current situation of organizational structure management of large state-owned construction enterprises in China, as well as the existing problems in practice. And extends to the problem essential development question causes. Finally, the paper analyzes the organizational structure of China Railway XX Bureau before and after the reform, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the organizational structure management of large state-owned construction enterprises.
