【摘要】：硫磺回收裝置處于在A石化公司原油加工流程的最末端,裝置能否平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行直接關(guān)系到全廠的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行水平。但是從當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)實(shí)際來(lái)看,裝置要想保持長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行,有很多不利因素。裝置存在著管理制度沒(méi)有細(xì)化、缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)化的管理程序、管理方法不夠精細(xì)以及管理工作保障措施不到位等諸多管理問(wèn)題,因此,如何采取切實(shí)有效的管理措施,提高裝置的生產(chǎn)管理水平,從根本上解決影響裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的問(wèn)題,成為擺在A石化公司硫磺回收裝置全體員工面前的重大課題。為此,論文選取A石化公司硫磺回收裝置為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的問(wèn)題,旨在摸索出一套適合A石化公司硫磺回收裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的精細(xì)化管理模式。論文的總體思路如下:在相關(guān)概念與理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)A石化公司硫磺回收裝置的管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入剖析,總結(jié)影響裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行的各種因素,最后,提出A石化公司硫磺回收裝置長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行精細(xì)化管理措施,主要是通過(guò)在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行和班組建設(shè)方面,采取精細(xì)化管理措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)裝置的長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The sulfur recovery unit is at the end of the crude oil processing process in A Petrochemical Company, and the smooth operation of the unit is directly related to the production and operation level of the whole plant. But from the current production reality, if the device wants to maintain long-term operation, there are many disadvantages. There are many management problems in the device, such as the lack of detailed management system, the lack of specialized management procedures, the lack of fine management methods and the lack of safeguards for management work, etc. Therefore, how to take effective management measures, To improve the production management level of the plant and to solve the problem that affects the long period operation of the plant fundamentally has become an important subject in front of all the employees of the sulfur recovery unit in the A Petrochemical Company. Therefore, the paper selects the sulfur recovery unit of A Petrochemical Company as the research object, focusing on the long period operation of the unit, in order to find out a set of fine management mode suitable for the long period operation of the sulfur recovery unit in A Petrochemical Company. The general ideas of this paper are as follows: under the guidance of related concepts and theories, the management status of sulfur recovery unit in A Petrochemical Company is deeply analyzed, and the various factors that affect the long period operation of the plant are summarized. Finally, The detailed management measures for long period operation of sulfur recovery unit in A Petrochemical Company are put forward. The long period operation of the unit can be realized mainly by adopting fine management measures in production operation and shift construction.
