【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,,中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的良好趨勢(shì)。自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),以寧波阿爾特家具有限公司為代表的中小企業(yè)成為我國(guó)迅速、持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)主體之一。寧波阿爾特家具有限公司應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng),發(fā)展空間大,但是在規(guī)模、資金、政府支持程度等方面與大型企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于弱勢(shì),因此在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提高和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的過(guò)程中不可避免的出現(xiàn)一系列的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。薪酬管理是企業(yè)管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,更是人力資源管理的核心,所以制定科學(xué)合理適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的薪酬管理體系就顯得尤為重要。國(guó)際市場(chǎng)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)習(xí)和國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活力的日益提升為寧波阿爾特家具有限公司在薪酬體系的構(gòu)建上提供了良好的環(huán)境和氛圍。在本文中,筆者通過(guò)深入系統(tǒng)地研究寧波阿爾特家具有限公司原有的薪酬?duì)顩r和存在的主要問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用薪酬設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合薪酬設(shè)計(jì)公平、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、戰(zhàn)略性、合法性等基本原則,經(jīng)過(guò)崗位職責(zé)分析,職位評(píng)價(jià)等設(shè)計(jì)程序,靈活運(yùn)用人力資源管理理論、方法和技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一套適合公司現(xiàn)狀的現(xiàn)實(shí)可行的薪酬體系方案。同時(shí),配套了薪酬體系優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施的保障措施,以充分發(fā)揮員工的工作積極性,增強(qiáng)員工企業(yè)歸屬感、認(rèn)同感,為企業(yè)整體的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供支持和保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)寧波阿爾特家具有限公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics shows a good trend of vigorous development. Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises represented by Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd. have become one of the important economic subjects of rapid and sustainable development in China. Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd. has a strong ability to adapt to the situation and has a large space for development, but it is in a weak position with large enterprises in terms of scale, capital, and degree of government support. Therefore, a series of problems and challenges inevitably appear in the process of economic efficiency improvement and industrial scale expansion. Salary management is an important part of enterprise management and the core of human resource management, so it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable salary management system to adapt to the development of enterprises. The study of advanced experience in the international market and the increasing vitality of the domestic market economy provide a good environment and atmosphere for Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd in the construction of salary system. In this paper, the author deeply and systematically studies the original salary situation and main problems of Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd., applies the relevant theory of compensation design, combines the compensation design fair, competitive, economic, strategic, Based on the basic principles of legitimacy and job responsibility analysis, position evaluation and other design procedures, a set of realistic and feasible compensation system scheme is designed by using human resource management theory, method and technology flexibly. At the same time, supporting the implementation of the salary system optimization measures in order to give full play to the enthusiasm of the staff, enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the employees, and provide support and protection for the overall strategic development of the enterprise. To achieve the sustainable development of Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd.
