【摘要】：工程設(shè)計(jì)管理在整個(gè)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的過程中充當(dāng)著非常重要和必要的角色,它是以在全過程中以工程管理的思想來對其進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化設(shè)計(jì),而對于保證建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、成本和實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)主的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)具有重要影響。財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)是指根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)行的價(jià)格體系以及財(cái)稅制度,對直接發(fā)生的項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)效益和費(fèi)用進(jìn)行分析、計(jì)算,編制項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,計(jì)算財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),考查該項(xiàng)目的外匯平衡、清償能力以及盈利能力等財(cái)務(wù)狀況,并根據(jù)這些來判別一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)可行性。在當(dāng)今社會(huì)中,醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是世界公認(rèn)的最具發(fā)展前景的國際化高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,直接關(guān)系到人們的生命健康和生活質(zhì)量,歷來受到世界各國政府和人民的高度重視和密切關(guān)注,全球醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。從消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)上看,全球藥品消費(fèi)有85%以上集中在美、歐、日等幾個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)。人口眾多的發(fā)展中國家隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和藥品消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,購買力將有較快的增長。本文通過對建設(shè)工程設(shè)計(jì)與財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的闡述與分析,通過對吉林益正藥業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)研評(píng)估,充分利用四平市便捷的鐵路、公路、郵政等現(xiàn)有物流體系的資源優(yōu)勢,滿足醫(yī)藥物流的準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促進(jìn)規(guī)范經(jīng)營,保證藥品質(zhì)量安全。從而,促進(jìn)四平市醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)及區(qū)域醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力快速增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Engineering design management plays a very important and necessary role in the whole process of industrial design. It is to strengthen the design with the idea of engineering management in the whole process, and to ensure the quality of construction project. Cost and achievement of the owner's project objectives have an important impact. Financial evaluation refers to the analysis, calculation, compilation of project financial statements, calculation of the financial evaluation index, and examination of the foreign exchange balance of the project according to the current price system and the fiscal and tax system of our country. Financial position such as solvency and profitability, according to which to determine the financial viability of a project. In today's society, the pharmaceutical industry is recognized as one of the most promising international high-tech industries in the world. It has a direct bearing on people's health and quality of life, and has always received great attention and close attention from governments and people all over the world. The global medicine economy develops rapidly. In terms of consumption structure, more than 85% of global drug consumption is concentrated in the United States, Europe, Japan and other developed countries and regions. With the development of economy and the change of the concept of drug consumption, the purchasing power of developing countries with large population will increase rapidly. Through the elaboration and analysis of construction engineering design and financial evaluation, and through the investigation and evaluation of Jilin Yizheng Pharmaceutical Industry, this paper makes full use of the resource advantages of the convenient railway, highway, postal and other existing logistics systems in Siping. Meet the access standards of pharmaceutical logistics, promote standardized management, and ensure drug quality and safety. Thus, promote the Siping City pharmaceutical industry and regional pharmaceutical industry competitiveness rapidly enhanced.
