石油終端消費(fèi)強(qiáng)度的城鎮(zhèn)化引致效應(yīng)——基于庫(kù)茲涅茨曲線的實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:The Kuznets curve of China's oil end-consumption intensity exists generally in different regions, and the Kuznets curve varies from region to region because of the different economic situation and development stage. Economic structure and urban and rural population structure and other factors are closely related to China's oil consumption intensity. In the long run, technological progress is the fundamental factor in solving energy efficiency. Various methods should be adopted to promote technology renewal and new technology popularization and application, and to strengthen the structural adjustment of energy-consuming industries and to improve energy efficiency and economic efficiency. To control the growth rate of total petroleum energy consumption. At the same time, we should do a good job in upgrading the industry to specialization and technical development. By taking comprehensive measures such as reducing the total amount of quota, reducing export tax rebate rate, adding export tariff, stopping processing trade and so on, the export of high energy consumption, high pollution and resource products can be effectively restrained.
