天津大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量的重要組成部分,合理的戰(zhàn)略定位是其獲得長足發(fā)展的堅實根基。目前,鑒于多方因素,天津大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)缺乏合理的戰(zhàn)略定位,發(fā)展后勁不足,遇到了發(fā)展中的瓶頸。園區(qū)面臨提升戰(zhàn)略管理水平、明確未來發(fā)展方向、降低運作成本、提高園區(qū)核心競爭力等方面的要求,因此,迫切需要制定合理的戰(zhàn)略定位及行之有效的定位保障措施。 論文首先研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的概念、功能并論述了天津大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設情況,并利用SWOT方法對其進行了研究和分析;在研究了戰(zhàn)略定位及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟相關理論的基礎上,按照現(xiàn)有基礎和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟要求分析了大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略定位;最后提出了實施大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)戰(zhàn)略定位所需的各項支撐保障措施。 本文的創(chuàng)新點主要在于天津大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究尚屬首次。論文為大港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的長遠發(fā)展提供強有力的理論支持,對其下一步業(yè)務運作指明前進方向,,也可為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展提供參考一定參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important part of regional economic development, industrial park has a solid foundation for its rapid development. At present, in view of various factors, the Tianjin Dagang Petrochemical Industry Park lacks the reasonable strategic orientation, the development stamina is insufficient, has encountered the bottleneck in the development. The park is faced with the requirements of raising the level of strategic management, clarifying the direction of future development, reducing the operating cost and improving the core competitiveness of the park. Therefore, it is urgent to formulate reasonable strategic positioning and effective positioning and safeguard measures. Firstly, this paper studies the concept and function of industrial park and discusses the construction of Tianjin Dagang petrochemical industrial park. It is studied and analyzed by SWOT method. Based on the study of strategic positioning and regional economic theory, the strategic positioning of Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park is analyzed according to the existing foundation and regional economic requirements. Finally, the supporting measures for strategic positioning of Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park are put forward. The innovation of this paper is the first time to study the development strategy of Tianjin Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park. The paper provides strong theoretical support for the long-term development of Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park, points out the direction of its next business operation, and provides some references for the construction and development of other industrial parks.
