【摘要】：介紹核電標(biāo)桿電價(jià)頒布的背景,然后分析核電工程造價(jià)、負(fù)荷因子、建設(shè)工期、核燃料價(jià)格等因素變化對(duì)標(biāo)桿電價(jià)下核電項(xiàng)目投資收益的影響,最后提出加強(qiáng)成本、進(jìn)度控制及加強(qiáng)電廠運(yùn)行管理,確保項(xiàng)目投資收益的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the background of the promulgation of the benchmark electricity price of nuclear power, and then analyzes the influence of the changes of nuclear power project cost, load factor, construction period, nuclear fuel price and other factors on the investment income of the nuclear power project under the benchmark electricity price, and finally puts forward the strengthening cost. Progress control and strengthen power plant operation management to ensure project investment returns suggestions.
