河北JH公司焦?fàn)t煙道氣余熱回收項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析

【摘要】:近年來隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的影響,焦化行業(yè)變的不太景氣,限產(chǎn)政策出臺(tái)仍沒有改善該行業(yè)的虧損狀況,因而需要對(duì)焦化行業(yè)內(nèi)部相關(guān)的能源結(jié)構(gòu)、節(jié)能體系進(jìn)行梳理,找到合適的節(jié)能措施,挖潛增效。本文分析了焦化行業(yè)的上升管能量回收、干熄焦余熱回收、煙道氣余熱回收,最終確定采用新型熱管鍋爐技術(shù),建設(shè)河北JH公司的煙道氣余熱進(jìn)行回收利用工程項(xiàng)目。本文采用項(xiàng)目管理方法對(duì)河北JH焦化公司的焦?fàn)t煙道氣余熱回收項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,一方面對(duì)老焦化廠進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造,另一方面也有利于新焦化廠的融合。 本文從理論上對(duì)項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)的研究工作進(jìn)行闡述,從項(xiàng)目的工程建設(shè)實(shí)際對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行技術(shù)分析、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析及財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià),指出了項(xiàng)目的可行性。在技術(shù)層面加深對(duì)酸露點(diǎn)、熱管壽命的認(rèn)識(shí),,對(duì)余熱鍋爐布置方式,以及操作壓力設(shè)置,自動(dòng)化控制等技術(shù)方案進(jìn)行完善,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)層面對(duì)項(xiàng)目的投資、利潤(rùn)、效益、盈利能力、項(xiàng)目?jī)斶能力等進(jìn)行了分析。圍繞項(xiàng)目管理的安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和費(fèi)用四大要素,提出新穎的煙道氣余熱回收方案,并將研究應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工程中,從JH公司的項(xiàng)目入手,為進(jìn)一步探索焦化行業(yè)節(jié)能方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)焦化行業(yè)的節(jié)能減排開創(chuàng)了新的途徑。將項(xiàng)目管理引入到焦化行業(yè)煙道氣余熱回收中,對(duì)焦?fàn)t煙氣余熱回收進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)控,管理,并將新型焦?fàn)t煙道氣余熱回收項(xiàng)目在整個(gè)焦化行業(yè)推廣,應(yīng)用,為焦化行業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,節(jié)能減排和挖潛增效做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the impact of domestic and foreign economic policies, the coking industry has become less prosperous. The introduction of the production restriction policy has not yet improved the deficit situation of the industry, so it is necessary to comb the energy structure and energy saving system related to the coking industry. Find appropriate energy saving measures to tap potential and increase efficiency. In this paper, the energy recovery of rising pipe, the recovery of waste heat of dry quenching coke and the recovery of waste heat of flue gas in coking industry are analyzed. Finally, the project of recovering and utilizing waste heat of flue gas of Hebei JH Company is established by adopting new heat pipe boiler technology. In this paper, the project management method is used to analyze the technology and economy of the coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery project of Hebei JH Coking Company. On the one hand, the old coking plant is reformed with energy saving; on the other hand, it is beneficial to the integration of the new coking plant. In this paper, the preparation work before the project establishment and the research work of the project establishment are expounded theoretically, and the feasibility of the project is pointed out through the technical analysis, economic analysis and financial evaluation of the project from the project construction practice. To deepen the understanding of acid dew point, heat pipe life, layout mode of waste heat boiler, operation pressure setting, automation control and so on, from the economic and financial aspects to the project investment, profit, benefit, etc. Profitability, project repayment ability and so on were analyzed. According to the safety, quality, schedule and cost of project management, a novel waste heat recovery scheme of flue gas is put forward, and the research is applied to the actual project. Starting from the project of JH Company, the energy saving method of coking industry is further explored. The realization of energy saving and emission reduction in the coking industry has opened up a new way. The project management is introduced into the waste heat recovery of flue gas in the coking industry to guide, monitor and manage the waste heat recovery of coke oven flue gas, and to popularize and apply the new type coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery project in the whole coking industry. For the coking industry technology innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction and potential and efficiency to contribute.
